We decided to see if the New NH Quirk VW location was better than our experience of Manchester VW!!!!!!!! Our Summary and Findings = No - it isn't any better - possibly worse! This dealership really understands customer service. The new showroom is extremely comfortable. The service was prompt and my appointment time convenient for my schedule. I recently just purchased my brand new Jetta from Quirk VW and my overall experience was great! I must admit I had be shopping for awhile try to price out other dealers so by the time I had gotten to Quirk VW and my overall experience was great! I must admit I had be shopping for awhile try to price out other dealers so by the time I had gotten to Quirk I didn't want to deal with any of the sales staff I just wanted numbers, but when talking with the manager they had me sit down with a sales rep. And told me there would be no back and forth with the hole game. I ended up sitting down with chris who was very polite. I told him exactly what I was looking for and chris explained to me that he didn't have that paticular vehicle (figures) but had one very close to it for around the same price. All in all I walked out with a great deal $15 more per month than I expected but that included leather, alloys, hands free Bluetooth and an iPod adapter so as you can imagine I was all for the deal. I definatly would recommend this dealership they have a very professional staff and will gladly do business with them in the future. More
