Very nice dealership. I came to trade in my old Ford Explorer and ended up leasing VW Tiguan 2010. Price that Alex worked out for me was great. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. This dealership is a godsend for NH. It dwarfs the inventory of any VW dealership in the region and is sparkling new. I purchased a 1 year old (2009) Jetta on Labor Day, and was told that the pricing was based on a Labor Day weekend "sale". I liked the car, and wanted to purchase it. I paid $500 off the asking price, and was told that the pricing was based on a Labor Day weekend "sale". I liked the car, and wanted to purchase it. I paid $500 off the asking price, and it turned out I still paid full NADA retail price. Wow, what a sale! I didn't have price information and didn't do any research ahead of time, because I actually went to Quirk just to look at what was available, with nothing specific in mind. I should have left, done the research, and gone back. I would have been in a much better position to negotiate a better and fairer deal. My fault and my problem, but I feel that I was screwed on a too high asking price. But of course dealerships don't want customers to do any research ahead of time, just for this reason. More
We had a great experience at Quirk. The dealership is clean and bright. Every person we met was friendly and professional. Went in to test drive a new Jetta and walked out the door after buying 2! Georgina was a pleasure to work with, they are lucky they plucked her away from the Ford dealership across the street. To understand the outstanding experience I had while working with Nick Kisielewski at Quirk VW in Manchester, one needs to first realize how much I detest the auto shopping event. Second only to having working with Nick Kisielewski at Quirk VW in Manchester, one needs to first realize how much I detest the auto shopping event. Second only to having teeth pulled with no anesthetic, I fight the urge to go car shopping. Yet, this past weekend I had the best new car buying experience ever. What was to be a casual drive by, to see what could tempt me, turned into "I have to have it" when working with Nick. The purchase we made was the Limited Edition Beetle so it was not a hard sell. However, knowing the challenging customer I could be, I forewarned Nick that I was averse to spending long hours in a showroom due to the lack of patience for the process. I assured him that I would be a serious, close the deal customer if he promised me a bottom-line negotiation that would not tax my time nor require numerous exchanges with the "finance manager." Nick made good on his commitment, sacrificing neither quality customer servicing nor stellar professionalism. Nick's passion towards his customers as well as commitment to the dealership makes him an outstanding advocate for both. As we developed the sales discussion, we were joined by Dana from the Sales Team. Dana was equally enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and approachable which left us most pleased to be serviced by such an exceptional team. Dana made us feel comfortable with a warm smile and assured us from a technical perspective as no questions were left unanswered. Our financial manager, Shawn, also contributed to making this a flawless experience. Shawn patiently reviewed options available, never seeming overbearing as he presented recommendations that in the end we agreed were most suitable for us to pursue. I enjoyed working with Nick, Dana, and Shawn so much that as long as I’m in the car buying frame of mind, I’m considering another purchase for my husband.
