My experience with Dana and the Quirk dealership was a very good one. Dana was especially great, and knowledgeable. She also got my businwess because of her follow mup and professionalism. I have not had any service to my CC as yet but am confident I will experience the same satisfaction I have received from Dana and others associated in the sales process. More importantly, I know I can refer Dana and Quirk to anyone with confidence. I feel Dana works very hard to please her clients & give high class service. She is an assett to Quirk VW. More
We were so pleased with the way that Cheryl helped us on the new lease. She worked with us on price and also took in our used Jetta Wolfburg (lease). However with her help I was able to connect with Sirius and resolved the issue. It was her willingness to help in any way that impressed me. She is a true professional. I had been very interested in the Tiguan since they were first introduced a few years ago. I had received quotes from three dealerships including Quirk. Quirk's price was very competitive, but Cheryl was first introduced a few years ago. I had received quotes from three dealerships including Quirk. Quirk's price was very competitive, but Cheryl was the difference maker. She was very friendly and patient while I sorted out my options. I would highly recommend her and Quirk Volkswagen to anyone who was interested in purchasing a new car. As for the car, the Tiguan has been a great car for me. It has been a smooth and enjoyable drive from the moment I left the Quirk parking lot. More
Everybody at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and knew these cars. They also went out of their way to work with us on financing. We did not set out to buy two cars that day; only intended to buy one. Unfortunately, my husband has had a transmission problem that has required him to leave and pick up his car more than once as the mechanics/home office try to determine the best course of action. This is definitely not something you would expect to encounter with a brand new car. This does not reflect on the local dealership but it has made us a bit wary of the national company. I believe he is dropping off his car today(maybe tomorrow) and they are going to replace the transmission. We live in NH-he works in Massachusetts, so he puts a lot of miles on his cars. He was very excited about his new car until this happened. Again, the local dealership has been very helpful but there is no way they can lessen the hassle of driving north to drop the car off, picking the car up, etc. and waiting for a decision as to how they are going to address this as directed by your home office. More

Cheryl Valle, the salesperson was extremely helpful in choosing my new Jetta. She was very knowledgable about the Jetta, its performance and features. The sales and service departments have been excellent in the purchase and 10K service of my 2010 VW CC. This is my first lease and not haveing any service & warrantee issues for the duration is good - howe the purchase and 10K service of my 2010 VW CC. Yes, I made the decision but it remains an irritant. More
When i test drove the tundra,i picked out a few things that needed to be addressed before i purchased it.Blue smoke at start up,hesitation,higher end knocking noise in engine,pulsating brakes,and a noise that needed to be addressed before i purchased it.Blue smoke at start up,hesitation,higher end knocking noise in engine,pulsating brakes,and a noise that sounded like a wheel bearing,and Dana did not think it had been in an accident(looked in good shape),which i found out it was hit on right side.fender,wheel bumper,door,which looked ok, so i was not too concerned.But after one of the guys took it home and back,he said there was nothing wrong with it.I had to get the truck diagnosed myself and get the tsb from toyota.we made the app.and i dropped it off on monday telling Bob Wright i can only be without the truck for 2 days,its only a 6hr job (warranty)10hrs max.truck sat there for 2 days not touched,Bob said they needed more parts.Brought truck back second time they had it for 9 days,7 days more than i could afford.for a 10hr job.on top of that when i was signing all the papers the warranty on the window was changed from 60days-2,000 miles to 30days-1,000 miles and they had it for almost half of that.Now i am afraid to let them address the engine concern, for fear they will have my truck so long will lose my job.I regret buying this truck,it was not well taken care of drivetrain wise,i even asked for my money back,they said no.I only bought it in desperation of a truck for work(mine was totalled by a drunk driver)and toyota reputation,quirk reputation and 60 days 2000 miles to get the bugs out,which was changed last minute.but now i was into this truck for too much lost time of work.
