The gentleman who helped me did everything he could to help me make a good decision. I went in to quirk certified preowned and jeff was my salesman.. We found a vehicle that suited me and next came the price negotiation. Charlie in financing and I worked out an agreement for 11,000 out t salesman.. We found a vehicle that suited me and next came the price negotiation. Charlie in financing and I worked out an agreement for 11,000 out the door..which to me meant my trade was included..so I would get the $ for my trade taken off the 11,000 so id be paying less cash.. I had my 3 children with me and I'm 9 months pregnant..they misled me and did not go through the paperwork fully and the sales man thought thr same as me..they took my debit card and did put 11,000 on it..so I got screwed out of my trade car. Another bad thing was that the check engine loght was on and before I would sign any paper work I wanted then to figure out why..they hooked it up to the machine and told me the gas cap was loose.at that point I was relieved and signed the papers and drove away in my new vehicle... 1 hour later the engine light came back on..i took it elsewhere to find that the dealership lied to me...it was really the O2 sensor and the exhaust. I am now out of luck.. I even tried calling mike quirk.. Nobody at quirk is willing to help me out.. They will fix why the light is on but they wont go by the verbal cash deal we had.. I was so distracted.. wish I never went there..next time I will know to stay away from quick..i am so upset. More

i came to quirk preowned after seeing there very attractive adds on cheap vehicles. when I came in I was told the vehicle has high mileage and will have to be towed home. I was kind of angry that they would try to sell me something like this. I dont beleive they even have the cars in the adds and will be writing the attorney general. when I told the salesman how I felt, he was very rude. salesman has no knowledge of cars and I cant beleive they hire people like this. store seems to be ran by a bunch of criminals. also the manager chris was very rude and was swearing at the salesman in front of my kids. I had to stop my husband from starting a conflict. we just walked out horrified, we will never return to any quirk store and will make it a point to tell everone about our experience. More
