If you don’t want to feel like you were dropped into a tank full of sharks Beware! In April of 2012 my sister was sold a 2010 Camaro under duress. She told them all she made was $332 a week and they bumped up her income until she was able to get credit for $37,000, $556 a month. When she realized her blunder, she called back and spoke to Chris Collins he said to come back when the title reaches the bank and he would get her into something more affordable around $200 a per month. When she came back he sold her a car for $26,895 with finance charges $29,396. $399 per month. Again she signed under duress because they said there wasn’t anything cheaper. If she traded in the car now she would get $18,000, and be in debt $11,000 without a car. In May the suggested retail price is $23,027 she paid $26,895. We tried speaking to Chris to make things right but he refused. Also, efforts to speak with the owner were shot down. I wonder if Daniel J. Quick knows what’s going on. Chris the Manager who said “Everything goes through him” doesn’t care she can afford it, that’s a good salesman right. He lowered her payment $156, now he can sleep at night. This is unbelievable. Not only the payments but because it’s a new car she pays higher excise and insurance. It’s almost the failure to pay and repossess was part of the plan. So if you want to pay more than you should to a company that has no conscience! Shop at Quirk Pre-Own autos in Braintree ask for Chris he will treat you real real good! Recently visited quirk to upgrade from a 2-door coupe to a safer car for myself and my infant. My credit is less then stellar due to a separation and mortgage problems. He was able to guide me toward vehicles that were in my budget WITH my desired specifications, without pressuring me to purchase. He said many times "You want to enjoy your vehicle when you get in it everyday". The Finance specialist was very helpful, he was able to get my loan approved despite my credit issues. I would recommend QUIRK to any and all friends and family members. I also got great value for my trade!! More

The salesman and sales managers worked together with me to come to a deal I was happy with. Honestly, I was overjoyed with every part of the sales experience. So much in fact I purchased a second vehicle for my wife later that same week. She too was taken back by how pleasant the experience was. My wife had never had a good experience buying a car before visiting Quirk Preowned. We both love our new vehicles and had a great time shopping for them! More
We looked on the internet site, they have a list of cars less than $15,000 BUT what really shows up in that list are ALL cars that do not have a price - which are most of the cars. I had 5 specific cars th less than $15,000 BUT what really shows up in that list are ALL cars that do not have a price - which are most of the cars. I had 5 specific cars that I was interested in and they showed me everything but what I wanted. I had a set price that I was not willing to go over and I was paying cash. The finance manager tried to get me to buy a car for several thousand dollars more and finance the difference. I felt a great deal of pressure and ended up walking out. More
My husband and I live in town and didn't have a need for a car until early 2012. We had visited a Toyota dealership in Dorchester beforehand but the cars were not very good and were more than we were lookin a car until early 2012. Then, we were referred to quirk preowned through my husbands co worker and had a great experience. The dealership is nice and had a great variety of cars to choose from. Our salesperson John Greene was very nice and professional and listened to what we were looking for. We test drove a few vehicles before favoring a '06 Ford Explorer for well below market value. One of the managers, Charles helped us with the financial aspects as we were not familiar with the process. We came back the next day to pick up the car. We also had a family friend who was a mechanic look at the car and he gave it a clear bill of health. Months later we are really enjoying our car and still can't believe it runs like new! More

Don't go here! Avoid place at all costs! They never talk about price of car, they only talk monthly payment. They'll lie and cheat you at all costs. They won't budge on price ever. I was looking at a 2009 Ford Focus at Quirk with 30K plus mileage and they wanted way above Kelly Blue Book. I kept asking to talk about the price of the car but they just wouldn't do it. After back and forth heckling it looked like the finance guy was getting pissed and he came over and basically yelled at me and my girlfriend. We left. Later that night we get a call from another sales rep and he said he will do everything in his power to get me the price I wanted. He said he'd call back in the morning and if he did call back it's because he got me into the Focus at the budget I was looking for. He did call back but he said "just come on down we'll get you in a car today" I asked about the Focus and he avoided the question and just said "just need you to come down." I truly believe they think consumers are idiots and don't see through deceitful sales tactics. I never went back. I ended up going to Herb Chambers in Millbury and found a 2009 Ford Focus SES with only 17K mileage for $3K cheaper than what Quirk was offering. BTW the Focus I bought from Herb Chambers was fully loaded unlike the one at Quirk. DON'T GO HERE THEY SCAM YOU AND LIE AND WILL NEVER TALK ABOUT PRICE! They don't even put the price of their vehicles on the cars. If you go there look for numbers on the car...it tells the sales rep how low he can go on price. So look for -3 that means $3K below asking price, etc... More

This place is a joke like all quirk dealerships. I went here back in 2002 looking to buy a car when i was 22, I was waiting for an insurance check from a car that i had just totaled, i tried to explain to here back in 2002 looking to buy a car when i was 22, I was waiting for an insurance check from a car that i had just totaled, i tried to explain to the salesman i wasnt going to just come in to sign papers right away i wanted to look around, the manager came out and said to leave if i wasnt going to sign right there, he said there were keys in the doors of the cars on the lot and didnt want me to steal the keys and come back later when they were closed and steal a car. I came back here thinking that maybe they changed in the past 10 years but was i wrong. I wasnt quite sure what i was looking for but the salesman was getting pissed when i didnt like any of the cars he showed me. they would not give me a straight up price when i asked, they just kept talking about monthly payments. kept telling me i was getting the best deal. i went home and looked around online. they are way overpriced on everything here. save yourself the headache and go anywhere but here. this place is great! The must have over 400 cars there. I never seen so many cars all in one place before. I ended up buying a 2008 Subaru Legacy and I love it.
