I purchased a Mercury Milan in June. Noticed engine was making noise and brakes. Brough it in for service and was told everything is fine and that's how a AWD car runs. Not even 30 days later driving on hi making noise and brakes. Brough it in for service and was told everything is fine and that's how a AWD car runs. Not even 30 days later driving on highway car stalled and almost was killed. Called them and they set up a tow to come to my work in Boston. Come to find out my car was towed to an auction and everything was stolen out of it. My car was missing for 24 hrs. The sales part was great but service aspect is unacceptable! My sales person has not contacted me regarding this issue!!! So if you want all your personal belongings taken call pre-owned quirk to help you. I also had to pay $100.00 deductable to service for all this inconvenience. Car is still in service. More
