I have shopped at other places but never bought anything, because I was never given the exceptional level of customer service that I have from Keith. I have bought several, at least 8 cars from Keith; I have followed him to dealerships throughout the years. Just recently I traveled two hours to purchase my new Pathfinder from Keith, because I knew that I would be given the highest level of service, honesty, and helpfulness from Keith. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the entire process, including the vehicles, he takes pride in what he does, and he is efficient, considerate and always honest. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients. I can't say enough about Keith and about how pleasant all of my experiences with him have been, he always goes the extra mile to ensure the happiness of his clients. You can rest assured that you will be in good hands and put your trust in Keith. If you buy a car with Keith Morin you will drive away with a smile! More

I was approached by a salesmen Mike Morris and we couldn't have felt more comfortable. I went in looking for what I wanted and got exactly that, and for a great price. I walked in with somebody looking for a new car, and left with a stylish new Murano. Negotiating a deal was so easy because the salesmen made my wife and I feel as if we have known him are entire life. He was well mannered and he knew so much about the product that he was selling, which was crucial for us. I strongly recommend Quirk Nissan and if you want an enjoyable experience like we had, Mike Morris is your guy. More

I had a great experience at Quirk Nissan. Keith was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the two different model SUVs that he showed me, and he was very patient with all my questions. Mark Venuto was contacted when I started looking for a car. My boyfriend and I have worked with him in the past and feel his opinion and advice can be trusted. We had a great experience and didn't need to go with the usual back and forth regarding the financial part of the deal. That was a huge improvement over other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I am giving my thumbs up to this dealer, because after visitin many dealers, they were straight forward and didn't play games. My salesman Keith Morin was professional and knew the product very well. They even beat the price of a dealer who had a "low price garantee" they couldnt match it. not even close. If you are looking foor a Nissan, check this place out.I wasin and out with new car, registration gas ad sticker in an hour and a half. They had sooo many cars on the lot, and said they had more , down the street. A+ all around. More
I went to Quirk expecting the worse after reading reviews. I had already visited Medford and Norwood locations. I was tired and really not in the mood to haggle. I was looking for a Versa 1.8 SL with convenience package. They did not have one on the floor so I was ready to leave. The salesman asked me if I would consider the model without the package and I said sure if the price was right. I offered my price, they accepted it -immediately-and in a matter of minutes (not hours) the deal was closed. Billy did not go back and forth to the manager, he did not talk about invoices and other costs, etc.. I picked up my car the next day with no hassles whatsoever. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The salesman was pleasant. The deal was fair and quick. Financing was easy and clearly spelled out. Delivery of the vehicle was prompt. Overall sale was peachy. Car Performance after only one day is still awesome. It is a bit shaky when brakes are applied. More
I dropped my car off for an oil change and an inspection sticker, basically so I could just pick it up after work, since gas station don't have much space to let you leave your car there. Dave calls and says I need new tires to pass, how convenient they sell them, 2 for $395, then he rambles off $1,200 worth of other things needed. I told him last time I bought tires there they had a slow leak so they wore out, he acted all appalled, I was lazy when I bought them there. I told him not to do anything. I pick up the car next day I get an inpsection sticker with the same tires on the car, ohh and he didn't give me a reject sticker, my theory is because he knows if he rejects it and I go and get a pass somewhere else he's screwed. Another point is even if any of this was true, tires, other stuff, you just don't non-chalantly tell someone they need over $1,500 worth of work when they went in for an oil change and a sticker, you be more sympathetic. Needless to say I am done with the Quirk Monopoly. More
I accompanied my friend to this dealership because she was interested in looking at a specific car. Initially the experience was average, but when the manager Bob came to talk about price it quickly beca was interested in looking at a specific car. Initially the experience was average, but when the manager Bob came to talk about price it quickly became negative. Bob was very arrogant and condacending. He first addressed his comments to me (male) and not my friend (female) who was buying the car. We both have advanced degrees which Bob was unaware of and he proceeded to talk to us as if we were children. He used every hard sell trick in the book to try to force my friend to buy this car. He was not accustomed to having someone tell him no. In the end, she did not buy the car. I told Bob about my impression of the situation and his hard sell and poor attitude. Bob then threw a hissy fit and stormed away like a first grader. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. Do not frequent this dealer, he has no idea how to treat people. Take your money somewhere else. More

They offered the best price (I always bought the advertised vehicle) and reasonable trades and honestly without much of a hassle. So I went to Quirk Nissan expecting a similar experience. Well no. I did have the Quirk ad in hand for a new Murano when I arrived and I'm glad I did. I spent close to 3 hours going back and forth with them. I stuck to my guns and eventually I got the vehicle I wanted at the price advertised and a decent trade-in. If you go here, have ad in hand and don't stray from it otherwise you will get screwed! If you're not willing to haggle over price this isn't the place for you. However, they generally have the lowest advertised price. Thats why I suggest you stick with the ad. More
