We had done our research previously and decided that we wanted the Mazda 5 GT with a very specific set of features. We went to the Mazda website and found the exact vehicle we were looking for and where i wanted the Mazda 5 GT with a very specific set of features. We went to the Mazda website and found the exact vehicle we were looking for and where in our our area it was located. I knew how much I wanted to spend and had researched all the incentives previously. I called Quirk and asked if they had the car in inventory. They said they had. When I arrived, the car was sitting out front, the sales manager refered me to Ledion the sales rep. He showed me the car. He was very knowledgeable and he asked me a number of simple questions about what I wanted. I handed him a printout of the car with a detailed list of the accessories I wanted and told him how much I wanted to spend and what I wanted for my trade-in of my Volvo V70. They made an offer and I countered. There was never any undue pressure and in the end I got the package price I was looking for. The manager Mike then went through some service and exgtended warranty options which I declined. He was very professional about it and never tried pressuring me into anything. They had to order a few accessories and get the car ready and a few days later I picked it up. Ledion went through the car with me and helped me setup the Bluetooth as well as going through all the features of the car. Since then I had a question or two and called Ledion. He has been more than helpful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer simplier experience. I would highly recommend Quirk and Ledion. More
Great Service Dealership. I really felt like the service guy, Norman, really had my best interest in mind. He even made sure that I did not over pay. Unlike the other Mazda dealers, they actually diagnosed guy, Norman, really had my best interest in mind. He even made sure that I did not over pay. Unlike the other Mazda dealers, they actually diagnosed my problems. My warranty was up, so nothing was covered (power steering pump), but that did not stop him from minimizing the expenses. When i picked up the car, I actually paid less than quoted, which is surprising today. Kudos to this place. More
I purchased my Mazda 3 from Quirk Mazda in Quincy. The sales department is the possibly one of the friendliest group of individuals I've ever come across. I had a crap car that was dying on me, and I wasn't sure what to get. My roommate and friends had taken me to a bunch of different dealerships, but I didn't feel very comfortable working with any of the sal what to get. My roommate and friends had taken me to a bunch of different dealerships, but I didn't feel very comfortable working with any of the sales people until I came to Quirk Mazda. I didn't know much about Mazdas, but my rep, Kevin Chan, took the time to walk me through every car that caught my eye. He was very patient and he gave me the space to fiddle with the cars and all of their functions(unlike the other dealerships where the sales rep would hover over my shoulder). Kevin was a great sales person- he even called me after the car was delivered to me to make sure that I was still happy with the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, all the of people there were wonderful and above all, I'd recommend Kevin- it's hard to find a sales rep that actually tries to be personable... More
I just leased my third Mazda from Quirk, I wanted to thank Scott, Mike and Ledion for helping me with my new car. I actually had currently seven months remaining on my Mazda 3 and they said they could thank Scott, Mike and Ledion for helping me with my new car. I actually had currently seven months remaining on my Mazda 3 and they said they could actually trade me out of my car early and keep my payments the same by the time I left with the new car. My payments were actually $30/mo less. Thanks Again More
My other car is a Mazda. This dealership has the best Service Dept. Mike, Jeff, Norman, and TJ always take good care of my baby.. I like how there is no pressure to gat any other services done. I was looking into buying a new Mazda 6. There seemed to be alot of hype about the car so I wanted to check it out for myself. The enviroment at Quirk was great. An associate named Mike helped me out with some information about the cars specs. He was extremely knowledgable and the fact that he owned one himself was good to know. After a test drive, Mike kind of understood I needed to get straight to the point around financing the car. Without getting into too much detail, he made the process seamless and my purchase of the Mazda feel to me like I got the best value on the market. All in all, Quirk doesn't mess around when it comes to customer service!! I would highly suggest Mike L. to anyone looking for awesome service. More
GREAT Service ! Well It happened! I was away on bussiness and my wife finally got in a small accident with our Brand New 2010 Mazda3. What should I do I thought, I told her to call Quirk Mazda where we purch and my wife finally got in a small accident with our Brand New 2010 Mazda3. What should I do I thought, I told her to call Quirk Mazda where we purchased it and speak with Phil Ternello our salesperson. He directed me to the Service Manager Mike Grisolia. Mike told my wife not to worry there were experts on insuance and to bring it right in and he would take care of all the necessary paperwork and get her into a rental right away. My wife arrived at the Dealership and spoke with Mike he then explained the damage was really mimimal and there was no need for a claim. She Agreed to the repairs and a 7000 mile Maintenance service & tire rotation. After 1 Day she received a phone call stating the car was ready. WOW. She got the car back in 1 day and upon arival Mike took the time to go over the repairs and Expalain a few options that we still did't know how to use since the car was still so new. Thanks to Quirk, and the Serivce and Bosyshop at Quirk. YES THANKS for taking care of my family. yes Quirk Works for Customer Satisfaction. James and Paula More
