Went to Quirk Kia, Braintree to purchase a 2011 Sportage. Matt, the sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and satisfactorily answered all of our questions. Took a test drive, then negotiated a price (excellent price), completed the paperwork and waited while the Sportage was being prepped. During the negotiation process we met with managers, Reggie and Al who are both the right people in the right job. Both were professional and straight talking, no attitude of undue self-importance whatsoever and it was much appreciated and contributed to the decision to make the Sportage purchase. I am enjoying my new 2011 Sportage very much. I highly recommend Quirk Kia (and Sportage :>) and I will almost certainly buy my next vehicle from them. More

I was a little nervous about that because of all that I had heard about their gas pedals sticking. A friend I work with in Boston referred me to Quirk Kia. The dealership was close to me so I went in to take a look around. I dealt with saleswoman named Kathy. She was very honest and informative and I had a good vibe from her - to be honest, I don't much trust car dealers. But I'm glad I went with my gut and made the purchase. Like my friend did for me, I would definitely recommend Kathy and Quirk Kia to my friends and family. THanks! More
Low pressure, friendly and attentive. Told them what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and in less than 2 hours the paperwork was signed. I recently had the pleasure of working with Francisco and Joe of Quirk Kia in Braintree. I was referred to Kia by a long time friend and salesman, Mr. Mike Maggio. My family has purchased over ten cars from Mr. Maggio. Francisco was very polite and knowledgeable regarding all the cars. I was interested in something good on gas and with good safety features, since I had been in an accident. I test drove several vehicles and Francisco pointed out all the features of each car. Francisco was very patient and courteous with me. I walked into the dealership thinking I was going to purchase one type of car and wound up buying another type, I had never heardof based on his presentation of the features and his knowledge. I worked with Joe on the financing of the car. I was presented with various options for the length of payment. I received a rebate for having a car already registered. We were able to work out a payment plan that fit my budget and enabled me to purchase a new vehicle. At the time of financing the defense security system was explained to me. I purchased this and the cost was incorporated into the final sale. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer and I have recommended them to coworkers. More

This time I wanted to slim down my payments, so I looked at the, Toyota and Honda SUV's. I went to a dealer in Norwood and got a price for a Toyota and a Honda as well. They quoted a price that I could not justify, So I decided so search the Internet and came across Quirk Kia in Braintree. The showed the new KIA Sorento that was very attractive and would fit my budget nicely. I visited Quirk and asked for James, who had been emailing me back and fourth. The showroom was spotless and very pleasant. James handled the sale in a very professional manner, and he gave me a better deal than the other Toyota dealers. I recently was thrust into the position of needsing a new car within one week. In my search, I went to Quirk Kia and was impressed with the vehicles and the helpfulness and knowledge of the entire staff. I car within one week. In the process of investigating my options, I went to Quirk Kia four times and was continuously met with a professional, friendly staff. In that process, I took the car for two test drives. Matt and Kiel were both very helpful in sales. Al Viera, the sales manager was actively involved in the process and insuring that Quirk was successful in providing outstanding service and a positive experience. Joe, the finance manager, was helpful in reviewing the finances and the costs involved. I would highly recommend Quirk Kia and its staff! More
On Friday May 21, 2010 my husbands car decided to die, and we could not live without two cars. We decided to go car shopping that after noon. However after going to 4 dealerships we decided to go to Quirk and we could not live without two cars. We decided to go car shopping that after noon. However after going to 4 dealerships we decided to go to Quirk Kia in Braintree. We went in on Saturday and met with Hany. He was one of the funniest car dealers I have ever met. I have so much fun with him and he made car shopping so much more fun then any other place. he was funny and Hany played with our son the whole time we were there.We ended up waiting around for 6 hours as the finance guy Joe tried to work his magic. I own my own business and could not show 2 years of pay stubs making this a really hard deal to pull off. Joe was unable to close the deal on Saturday due to the banks closing early and we had to wait until Monday to find anything out. Finally after being told at 3:45 that we would get a phone call to let us know what was going on (we didn't get a phone call until 6:30pm and they still wornt sure) my husband and I just started feeling like this deal was never going to happen and if it did they had us at an 18.9% rate. So we went to another dealer on Monday night and we signed contract 30 minutes after walking in.I’m not sure why Quark’s financing took 3 days and the other place only took 30 minutes. We got a better deal, and a lower price and only 7% interest at Central Kia. But with all that said I would still highly recommend this team. I was blown away by their fun and friendly personality and there amazing team work skills. If you have great credit and some extra time on your hands this team is great. More
We purchased a 2009 Kia Rondo in April 2010. What a great experience it was! I went in to test drive the sorento but thought it was too truckie for me Matt suggested I try the Rondo because it too had the 3r experience it was! I liked it ok but with the deal they offered me, I could not pass it up! They actually gave me more for my trade in than I expected. And by buying a 2009 I got great incentives. The car was brand new! so what did I car if it was a year old. We also, met the Sales Manager Al, the Finance Coordinator Mike, who all were very professional and helpful as well. I felt That They all wanted to help make the process as easy as possible. There was NO pressuring you into something you were not sure about like most of the other dealerships are known for. I even had with a friend come test drive it with me and Matt even answered a few questions she had about a car her daughter was buying from another state! How's that for service. I really just want to thank Quirk Kia and all who work there for restoring my faith in Humanity, The Men at McGee Toyota in Hanover destroyed it! I cant even look at a toyota emblem without feeling terrible regret for dealing with them. I highly recommend QUIRK!! More
We just purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento from this dealership. Our sales person Remon was very friendly, a professional with great customer service skills, impeccable professionalism, very knowledgeab dealership. Their sales price was very competitive, even slightly better than that offered by other dealerships. Therefore, after spending about four hours on the first day and two hours on the second day, we decided to buy the car. Overall, Remon made our purchasing experience very pleasant. We also, met the Sales Manager Al, the Finance Coordinator Mike, even the General Manager, who all were very professional and helpful as well. One could sense a team atmosphere in which all wanted to help the customer and make the process as easy as possible by answering all questions instead of pressuring you into something like most of the other dealerships are known for. On his day off, Remon even came in just to make sure that the car will be ready for pick up on the day and time we requested. They did not have any problem that I test drove three cars before I made my decision. I even had the feeling that I almost could test drive every single car on the lot if I wanted to and they would have been patient with me. Remon even called me the day after picking up my car to inquire about my experience with the car and if there is anything else he could help me with.
