I was invited to Quirk Kia in January 2012 to trade in my 2007 Kia Spectra. My salesperson, Anthony Sheldone, was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. He thoroughly reviewed the features on both the 2012 Kia Forte and Sorrento, and was very knowledgeable. He had a complete understanding of all of the safety and performance features. He worked with the financial/business manager to get me an excellent trade-in price for my Spectra, according to a KBB valuation. When I picked up my new 2012 Forte, Anthony took the time to help me link my cell phone to the Bluetooth system and showed me how to use it. He made sure that I knew how to use every feature before I drove my car off the lot. A few days later, he made a follow-up call to see how everything was working out. Professional and courteous during both of my visits, Anthony went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman, and provided me with exceptional service. If you are looking for a new or used car in the Braintree, MA area, I highly recommended both Quirk Kia and Anthony Sheldone. More
Francisco is great! This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Quirk, and the second one from Francisco. He is super friendly,and knows his product inside and out. I asked for a specific vehicle at a specifi from Quirk, and the second one from Francisco. He is super friendly,and knows his product inside and out. I asked for a specific vehicle at a specific price. Francisco gave me a better deal than I expected, and made the experience as quick and painless as possible. When I tell you that I drive over 60 miles to do business with this guy. He is honest, and down to business. We purchased our first KIA for our daughter in October and the expereinced was no pressure. The day after bringing it home a nice person put a ding in the door at the church parking lot. My daughter ended up going to Quirk the next day to pick up floor mats and when the Sales Team heard about it they had the ding repaired at NO Cost to us..WOW My wife and I just purchased 2012 SORENTO EX and a 2012 Optima EX. FANATASTIC EXPERIENCE!! They are what a positive Customer Experience is About! More
I recently leased a 2012 Forte EX from these guys, and it was a pleasure. My salesman Jorge was extremely helpful and definitely knew his stuff. I just bought a Kia Optima yesterday , I'm loving the car, really happy took the decision. I'm just very disappointed with my customer service experience. It seems like there is no communication among t car, really happy took the decision. I'm just very disappointed with my customer service experience. It seems like there is no communication among their employees or that they do and say what ever it takes for you to sign and once they get you then forget it. I was told by my sales associated that at the moment of the pick up of the car they would have ready for me a check that they have to give me as part of the deal they offered. Got to the dealer yesterday and it was a total different story, called back today because I need the money tomorrow and got no answer again( Of course they already got their big money from the car I got) It feels very unfair that they work like this, now that they have your money on their side its like they don't care about you as a customer anymore. I came in to see what used cars were available. Then I met Francisco Reyes-Flores. By the end of my visit, he proved the Kia Optima the right car for me. His knowledge and personality made the sale. The whole staff worked as a professional team to put me in a car I'd never even noticed before. Now I see them everywhere. From Francisco's boss to the financial sales person to the well kept dealership sure made a difference. They all make you feel like a VIP. Which is the way life should be. More

I am writing this review/rating because of the exceptional service, price, quality,and overal experience i had with Francisco Reyes-Flores of Quirk Kia in Braintree, MA. I had been to more than tw exceptional service, price, quality,and overal experience i had with Francisco Reyes-Flores of Quirk Kia in Braintree, MA. I had been to more than twenty different dealerships and at half I was not even greated at the door. Upon arrival at quirk kia sales consultant Francisco Reyes-Flores greeted my family and I out in the lot. I had looked at several of kia's competitors and kia had the best value (warranty, mileage, performance, and options). I had been to Kia in raynham and they were unwilling to make a deal with me. I needed a salesman in my corner fighting to get me a car for the best possible price and then 10% off of that. I found this salesman in Francisco he helped get the lowest price i could have imagined. He and the staff worked extremely hard to get the most difficult car buyer (me) a car WELL below the msrp and below the cheapest prices i found online. I was very impressed with Franciscos knowlege of not only the text book information on kia but his knowlege of every single car on his lot. Francisco was also extremely kind and never talked down to me as if i didn't know what i was talking about like every other dealer tried doing. All this is coming from a person who has gone without a car for an entire year because no one wanted to make me an exceptional deal. If you don't check out Francisco and the staff before buying a car you are making a huge mistake. More
Two weeks ago my muffler gave way and it sounded as if I was driving a race car. I brought the vehicle to a local mechanic who quoted me a price. I discussed it with my girlfriend and she suggested we take a trip to the dealership. I had been looking up the souls online so we headed towards the local kia dealership, Quirk in Braintree. Went in noticed the Forte in the show room Francisco approached us and we discussed the Soul. We took the Soul for a ride and I actually enjoyed it but it was used and the price didn't agree with me. We than discussed the Forte he had one on the lot we took that for a ride and thought it was a better option for me. We went in Francisco was very nice asked me my needs, my finances etc. They ran my credit within 2 hours I was signing for my first new car. We also dealt with Mike he handled the paper work and he was very nice and fun. We also spoke with another dealer who noticed my last name and thought he may know me. All 3 were very nice to us and made it alot easier to be there. My car is two weeks old and is driving great. I truly believe that this will be the place that I will do my future shopping. More
Initially we had intended to visit two other dealerships before the day was done, however, Kia was the first and the last. He was very knowledgeable and had a wealth of information available to us regarding Kia as manufacturer and the specific car that we wanted to buy. When we test drove the car, Jorge seemed excited to show us all the benefits and features the car had available to us. His excitement and honesty made us very confident in or decision to look no further. Jorge was not pushy, he let us have all the time that we needed to make the right decision for our family. I am very happy we made our decision to buy a Kia and even happier that Jorge Reyes was our salesperson. More
