Costly repair? I went in with a serious electrical problem and expected a costly repair. As it turned out, it was a bad auxiliary ground. She always makes the experience convenient and efficient. She’s learned under the supervision and training of Service manager Mike Grisiola, the 4 th service manager since I’ve been coming here. He is the absolute best of all. Jen and Mike have solved any issue I’ve had with my wranglers with the tremendous mechanical capability of a mechanic, Alex. This is my 6th Wrangler since 1988 and I wouldn’t take my wrangler anywhere else for service, these 3 are an awesome team and Mr. Quirk should be proud of their work. More

Service bailed me out Went there for an issue without an appointment. It was right before Christmas and they were busy. Got me in. Fixed it and was on my way. The manager, I think his name is Mike explained what the issue was and how they fixed it. I didn't even by the vehicle there. Great job service. I will be back. Happy New Year. More
Great for oil changes, terrible customer service I had purchased by Jeep Patriot from another dealer based on inventory, but if is convenient for me to take my car to Quirk for service. I have had about 3 oil changes there since purchasing my car in 2013, with great results. However when I did encounter a problem last month, checking out what I believed to be a warranty issue; I was met with snarky and rude remarks. I am certainly not a car expert, however I do make sure to ask questions about the plan and pricing. I was not informed my issue would not be covered under warranty and a $120 fee would be charged to determine the issue until the next day after dropping my car off and speaking with staff. When I decided not to pursue the service at the dealership, based on the fee, the service manager there was extremely rude, to the point I left crying. I will never go back to a Quirk dealer and would not recommend them. Whether the issue can be resolved or not, there is not reason for management to be causing a bigger issue and making the customer feel worse. More

Do Not Go Here for Service/Repair Horrible customer service and car service! I called to schedule the replacement of a recalled air bag sensor and windshield wiper motor on my chrysler Horrible customer service and car service! I called to schedule the replacement of a recalled air bag sensor and windshield wiper motor on my chrysler town and country, they verified they had the parts but I had to wait ten days for my appointment. Then the day I got there (a monday)they said they didn't have the parts and basically wanted me to take my car and leave, I insisted they keep it and I would be able to wait a few days. I heard nothing by Friday afternoon so I called them, they said they had not done anything on my car and that they had one of the parts in! I asked them to do the one they had, the airbag sensor, and that I would have the windshield wiper pump done elsewhere. I also asked for them to do theinspection sticker. My prior vehicle inspection report noted the air bag check as the ONLY failed item. Quirk Braintree failed my vehicle for six items that my prior inspection had passed and I honest to God believe they did this because I had expressed my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving. I then showed them the vehicle inspection reports because I had saved the one where I only failed for the airbag, they then refused to explain how my vehicle failed for items such as "suspension check", "front end check", "visible smoke", and would not let me speak to the person who inspected my vehicle or tell me what I had to do to make my car pass. I believe the issues with the sticker were in retaliation for my verbalizing my dissatisfaction with their terrible service. This is not right. I do not recommend to going to Quirk Chrysler Jeep Dealership in Braintree for ANYTHING!!! More
