Expectations exceeded! Everyone was not only helpful but friendly and approachable making my wife and I very comfortable during the whole process. Instead, he simply listened and focused on our needs. Quirk has a huge inventory and the whole staff was helpful in negotiating to ensure we left with the gorgeous 2011 Laredo we wanted at a price we felt comfortable with. More

I came in to look at a specific vehicle (Jeep Compass). Roman greeted me at the door. He answered all of my questions. I saw a pre-owned Saab 9-3 on the dealership's website. I emailed for more information and within an hour the sales manager, Sam emailed back. I responded with even more questions and a request for the Carfa emailed for more information and within an hour the sales manager, Sam emailed back. I responded with even more questions and a request for the Carfax report. Again, Sam emailed back shortly after. I then spoke with Sam on the phone who took the phone outside and walked me through the car pointing out any dings or scratches (all were minor) and features of the car. I gave Sam a deposit over the phone. The next morning (Saturday) I drove down to Braintree and met Phap in the parking lot. He welcomed me to Quirk and introduced me to Sam. Phap drove the car to the front of the parking lot, took me on a 20 minute test drive (unheard of right?) and pointed out the features he was aware of in the Saab (they are a Jeep/Chrystler dealer - not Saab). After the test drive we went inside, Sam came over to see how I liked the car. We negotiated the price and Sam agreed to have the service department do some extra work on the brakes. I picked the car up Monday night. On Monday night, Phap picked me up at the MBTA station and drove me to the dealership. When I arrived the car was beautifully detailed - they really did an amazing job on the detailing. The brakes still felt a bit soft but that might just be a "Saab quirk" pardon the pun. Pros: no pressure sales envrionment, friendly and honest staff, great job detailing the car, not a sleazy feeling at all. Cons: can't really think of any other than this is the first car that I've ever bought that did not come with a full tank of gas. Saab takes premium gas by the way. If I'm looking for a new Jeep in the future, I'll be back. The new Jeep Grand Cherokee is beautiful. More

I went to Quirk Jeep to get a new car bc I love jeeps. When I first pulled up Mark Lucia greeted me and answered all my questions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I had my car ready in a few days. The customer service was beyond what I hoped for. I would def recommend Quirk Jeep & Mark if you want a new car! More
I am surprised to read about good experiences at this dealership, as mine was definitely not. My husband and I went in to buy TWO vehicles. Sam, the manager, treated me like an idiot who did not know a dealership, as mine was definitely not. My husband and I went in to buy TWO vehicles. Sam, the manager, treated me like an idiot who did not know anything about buying cars. Unfortunately for him, I know more than the average person. He tried to convince me that the JGC that I wanted would have to be special ordered because no dealership would have the combination I was looking for, and he would not come down in price anywhere near where I knew he could be. Afterall, we were buying 2 cars, I mean, make a deal, right? So, in the end, I made the drive to Lawless in Woburn, and they were awesome, had a car that had exactly what I wanted, and the price was A LOT less than what Quirk was asking (actually ended up spending more because I got more options at a much better value). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It is worth the drive to Lawless, even if you are on the south shore. This is the quintessential quirk dealer that people complain about. More
Michael in Service is very pleasant and knowledgable. I've always had excellent service and he knows I have to wait for my vehicle; he keeps the waiting time down to a minimum.
