We are 25 year loyal Mercedes Benz customers and accustomed to excellent service. From the outset, Ray was most attentive to listening to what was important to us in making a buying selection. We easily could have taken the easy route and stayed with a Mercedes GLK. Ray did an excellent job in explaining the features and benefits of the Wrangler and it didn't hurt that the pricing was attractive without any perceived sacrifice in quality and/or features. Frankly, my wife left the dealership excited about the potential fun of driving a Jeep product. On day of delivery, Ray spent a good amount of time explaining every aspect of the vehicle's operational features. Our overall experience with Ray and by extension Quirk was every bit as professional as I have become accustomed with Mercedes. More

At the end of December I went looking again for a Jeep, since it has true 4WD. In my opinion, "Real-Time" 4WD or AWD, which I had on previous cars, were inferior in winter weather. Over the course of a few visits over a few days we were able to negotiate a fair price on a 2012 Wrangler Sport. I was completely satisfied with the personable and professional treatment each employee demonstrated toward me, especially Tear and Eric. In addition, I had some questions recently and found both Andrew and Bill in the Service Department to be exceptional professionals. I will strongly recommend Quirk to any person in the market for Jeeps and I look forward to coming back in a few years and being able to trade up to the Sahara. More

I got my first Wrangler from quirk jeep. Not knowing much about the jeep Charles was very detail orientated and took me through all the options. Even when we made a number of last minute changes to the spec they weren't phased and continued to be very courteous and professional. When we collected the car Eric helped iron out a last minute wrinkle and again was very friendly and accommodating. Buying a new car can be stressful, agonizing, time-consuming and fraught with hundreds of variables, that it could lead to exhaustion, headaches, insomnia or anxiety. What we pay for a new automobile is a lot of money, anywhere you go. Eric and I talked on the phone for about one week until he found the car for me. When I talked to any of the team members above, you would think we were at a barbecue. Absolutely no pressure at any time from anyone. After contacting several other Chrysler dealerships, I received the best price and no hassle at all from Quirk. The other dealerships seemed desperate and high pressure. This dealership was very accommodating to make me feel comfortable in a high anxiety situation, that we talked about playing golf sometime! The variables as to financing, features on the car, warranty language, many options were thoroughly and patiently explained to my wife and me. My wife is very skeptical about this sort of thing. We spoke with Eric (general manager) prior to our actual purchase, who is respectful, professional and always available to discuss and resolve any issue, questions or concerns. As example, although he could not be on-site the day of visit/purchase, he made himself available by phone to make the purchase happen.
