Shady, Shady, Shady!!!! Boy do I wish we had read the online reviews before giving Quirk our business. We just bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. We were told we were receiving a $1,000 trade-in rebate for t online reviews before giving Quirk our business. We just bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. We were told we were receiving a $1,000 trade-in rebate for trading in our current Toyota lease (which had 4 payments left). We were told our current lease would be taken off our hands (that was part of the incentive.... be done with it). After looking at the fine print on the documents (on the day of pick-up) we noticed some strange numbers. We asked the salesman why the MSRP on the papers is listed as $1,000 more than the website (Jeep's and Quirk's for the exact VIN number, I still have a copy of online screen shot) (hmmm, sounds to me like they upped the price so we weren't really getting the rebate after all). Then, I see a strange $2,000 figure that looks like a deduction in price as it had a minus sign in front of it yet when the numbers added, the $2,000 was an increase. Turns out that was our remaining lease payments worked into the loan! THEY NEVER TOLD US WE WERE PAYING THE REMAINING PAYMENTS. They made it sound like we just give up the car as a trade-in, they deal with it. I thought they were taking it off our hands? We were furious but had already signed (they were VERY misleading about the numbers....and when questioned fumbled to answer about the rebate "absorbing" the money, etc., etc.... honestly made no sense). We left with a Jeep we love but a dealership WE DO NOT TRUST. Fast forward a few weeks.... I get a call from Toyota that my lease payment is due!!!! Turns out Quirk sent the lease pay-off to the WRONG state. I then had to make an immediate lease payment over the phone for a car I hadn't owned in weeks because of Quirk's screw up. I called and spoke with Sam at Quirk, the manager, who told me they called Toyota and it was "all set" and my credit wouldn't be affected. I called Toyota to confirm and they said NO, if I didn't make that payment it would be considered late. Clearly Sam could care less. He just said what we wanted to hear but not what was reality. SHADY SHADY SHADY business dealings. We were taken. Only plus, we love the Jeep but we would NEVER give Quirk business again, however, and want to be sure people know how they operate. They should be reported. FYI: Go look at the reviews on Yelp.... they are FAR different than what you see here (not surprising when Quirk apparently checks in on this site). More
I went to Quirk looking for a wrangler. I arrived at the lot which I walked around for 30 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. I than went in the showroom where 20 plus salesman were, still no one off lot which I walked around for 30 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. I than went in the showroom where 20 plus salesman were, still no one offered to help until I sat chatting with my wife and friend than finally someone came. At this point I was frustrated, I asked what he had in my range and mileage and he said he had at least 4 Jeeps in that range. He than brought me outside to talk to a Jeep "specialist" who said he had one Jeep in that range and not 4. He did not explain any of the features and gave me an attitude saying in would not be comfortable for someone my size. This Jeep had 76000 miles, a rust spot on the door and was not at all what I asked for. I took it on a test drive and the breaks were so bad I almost rear ended someone. After I told him it had too much mileage for the price he brought me to speak to a sales manager who again insisted he had several in stock in my range, which he did not. Than the sales manager said he could drop the price. I waited at the table with the Jeep "specialist" and he kept asking me why I didn't want to buy a new one, and that I would be better off with something new. I guess he did not understand what budget means. This place sucked and they showed me the biggest junk they had. It was insulting to say the least. They had a lot of nice new jeeps but if your looking for pre-owned don't waste your time! More
I have paid for an extended warenty just for it to cover NOTHING! I went in there telling the service dptment the code because I had already had it plugged into the computer, the part they told me I needed NOTHING! I went in there telling the service dptment the code because I had already had it plugged into the computer, the part they told me I needed supposably is not covered under my AWESOME EXPENSIVE warrenty and would cost $350 bucks. PLUS they charged me $100 to plug it into their dumb comp just to tell them what I ALREADY TOLD THEM! after checking around, I have found that this part will only cost me $150, hmm big difference from their 350. Yea I'm so done with JEEP Quirk. OVER PRICED AND THEY HELP WITH NOTHING More
I was having a horrible experience at a different dealership when I decided to make a request for a price through Quirk online. Within 5 minutes Quirk had called my cellphone while I was still at the dealership when I decided to make a request for a price through Quirk online. Within 5 minutes Quirk had called my cellphone while I was still at their competitors dealership and offered me a better vehicle and a better price if I left immediately and came to them. I'm glad I did for when I got there I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Patrick Sullivan who was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect Jeep for me. I love my new Jeep and am glad I bought it from Quirk!!! Thanks Patrick! More
I had to visit Quirk a few weeks ago because the AM radio malfunctioned. They immediately replaced it. I was disappointed in Chrysler, not Quirk, because I had to change my schedule and drive 25 miles to get malfunctioned. They immediately replaced it. I was disappointed in Chrysler, not Quirk, because I had to change my schedule and drive 25 miles to get it done, in addition to it being a brand new Jeep. Chrysler would not give me any compensation, even a free oil change, for my trouble. I then wanted to have Quirk put on side-steps. Andrew gave me terrific advice and John offered me his best price (which is on the Internet). They finished the job in less than an hour and it looks great. Mr. Daniel Quirk, I hope you acknowledge how professional and personable employees like Andrew and John are, for they will keep me coming back to Quirk for further service and future vehicles. More

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Pat, Rich and everyone at Quirk! Had a great experience at this dealership, gave me best price up front. traveled from the north shore to buy my jeep. I shopped at several other dealers in my neighborhood like Kelly Jeep and Herb Chambers price up front. traveled from the north shore to buy my jeep. I shopped at several other dealers in my neighborhood like Kelly Jeep and Herb Chambers Jeep which both could not come close to the deal i got. I would suggest filling out a request on the internet and you will get the best price up front in writing via email. Rich the internet manager was great to work with answered my request in about 15 minutes and I had my quote in writing in another 10 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership I was intriduced to jack the sales consultant who was a great guy and treated me with respect the entire time. I shopped at the other two dealerships and found them to be very dishonest and did not treat me very well, they were not upfront with me and made me feel like i could not trust them. I traveled 45 minutes each way to buy from Quirk with two dealerships within 10 minutes of my house. The ride may have been long but it was worth the trip, I am a savy shopper and do my homework before going to any dealership and found them to be the most trustworthy and honest with me. I traded a SUV and it took some haggling to get what i wanted but it all worked out in the end and i am very pleased with my purchase. The General manager (Eric) introduced himself to me when i first arrived, at that time i did not know he was the GM, when i went back the following day I made a comment to my saleman as to who the guy was over talking to another customer and he said it was the GM. I was very impressed to see him on the floor talking and being very friendly with the customers. I am a very difficult person to please and found that my experience was excellent and I really have nothing bad to say about the way I was treated. And as i mentioned no other dealership could come close to their price on new vehicle I purchased without considering my trade in. There pricing was very aggressive as I was told by the other dealerships and when they could not come close to their price i heard the old "wait to you get there and the price will change" and "they are including rebates which you do not qualify for" then came the bad mouthing that "people go there and then end up coming back here". It is amazing when two other dealerships can not compete what measures they will stoop to in order get you thinking about their negative comments. I can say that none of their assumptions came true and they should be embarrassed for making such comments. Bottom line is great communication, fast internet reply by Rich, in writing quote on the internet from Rich, came to dealership and they honored the price they sent me,Jack my salesman consultant was very professional and I picked my car up the same day I bought it with my new registration and sticker on my truck, no coming back tomorrow for my sticker everything done in one day, how nice is that. Will definitely recommend buying here, but use the internet you will get you best price on your new car. More
