Went out for a test drive in J4330, one of the examples on the printed ad with sales consultant Phap Tran. I liked it well enough; it was going to my daughter in Florida, I was just the middle man. After the drive came the give and take or take and take. (not going well) When I got up to leave, general manager, Eric Ao was brought in to smooth things over saying I can give you the price you see in the ad. When he came back. The price he had was $6,000.00 above ad price. When I questioned it he laughed and kept saying;” You expect to get $31,000 car for $17,000?” Laughing at a customer is never a good sales tool. Their ads for car specials are designed no differently than any other’s in the industry. How about some honesty and a little more fine print. I’m over it, done with Quirk Chrysler/Jeep. I wouldn't send any friend or acquaintance to them no matter how good the “Deal”. Back to Fords I wish I read the reviews before wasting my time. More

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car. I got nothing but a runaround, was made promises that weren't kept, and felt embarrassed and humiliated at the way I was treated trying to buy a car. I ended up going to Coastal Nissan and they had me in a new vehicle in less than a week. It's too bad because I have had Jeeps for the past 15 years. I will never go back there. More

Mandisa Bennett from Internet sales responded promptly and we were met by Charles Chou and Tear Chimm. Test drove a 2012 Grand Cherokee LTD and loved it. Decided to purchase. Traded in a 2006 Jeep Commander. Scott was able to come up on initial trade in offer to my satisfaction and a deal was made. A bit of high pressure on the extended warranty which I chose not to purchase but other than that I have no complaints. Drove home with my new Jeep the same day! Would highly recommend Quirk Jeep. Charles Chou was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through all the features of the new vehicle. When driving home noticed at 70mph a shimmy in the steering wheel. Charles arranged for an immediate service appointment. Waiting to see what needs adjustment but I am confident that the service dept. will handle he issue. I would recommend Quirk Jeep! More

This is the third sales experience I have had with a Quirk dealership since '03. All have been driven by price & availability. It's as true today as it was nine years-ago. I dealt with Billy & then Shak Quirk dealership since '03. All have been driven by price & availability. It's as true today as it was nine years-ago. I dealt with Billy & then Shak. Overall everything was a pretty positive experience with small exceptions: 1) Putting the mats upside-down instead of floor savers just bugs me. I don't want the bottom of my mats dirty. 2) No dealer plate frame, which on my Patriot means the plate is warped (new plate) as it doesn't sit flush against the body. Every other dealer in the U.S. gives you them. 3) Forgot to install an accessory (happens with every dealer though). 4) No longer gives a full tank of gas. I happened to get lucky I guess. 5) Finance guy reeked of cigarettes, just unprofessional. Other than these minor gripes, by far the best dealer I dealt with. Inventory was literally 5-10x every other dealer for Jeeps. They don't have many Chryslers though. More

The things I am NOT satisfied with: 1) it was a " certified" used vehicle, yet it still had an open recall, which I required them to resolve prior to purchase. 2) it had a ding in the windshield which they said would be easier "for me" to just fix through my insurance. ( which in reality meant it was cheaper for THEM) I emailed the salesperson a week later to ask that they send me a copy of the recall repair so that I could have it for my records...two emails later and I still have not recieved it... This was not your average transaction, I traded (2) vehicles, although with high miles in very good condition, with negitive equitiy which no other dealer tried to get creative with except your quirk "team". From Rich to Sam " The Deal Maker" to Phan who helped with the Leasing ,they were all great.
