We met Billy Wong upon arrival - you owe it to yourself to ask for Billy. He's the best - knowledgeable, professional, easy going, and an overall nice guy who seemed genuinely concerned with just making sure that we were happy with our purchase and experience. A quick test drive and on to the paperwork. This was the smoothest transaction that we've ever had when buying a car. Ray went over the numbers without any pressure whatsoever and the deal was done. On Dec 26, service had made available a time slot to look at my 2006 Commander (165K miles) due to oil pressure gauge light showing and our planned trip to Vermont later that day before the snow storm. My son had been in an auto accident a week earlier and we were not repairing our 2004 Grand Cherokee with 135K miles due to damage sustained, age and miles. My daughter and son are in college and do not need a car when away at school. I mentioned if a used Commander with low mileage were traded to give me a call. Incredibly, a 2006 65th Anniversary Commander with 62K miles was available. I was able to test drive and negotiate a purchase. I said I would pick up the car January 2. Even more incredibly, Quirk was able to have the car ready and available that day within 2 hours - license, registration, everything and we were able to drive away with the car and no out of pocket cash that same day!! Even with Red Sox plates! Unbelievable and very happy to have the car. Subsequently, there have been issues with the car, and Quirk has honored the 60 day warranty and seems to be running fine now. Mr. Mohammed immediately approach me when I walked into the showroom from the service deparment. I had just been told that my 1994 Grand Cherokee had a bad transmission. Well, Mr.Mohammed's approach and initiative and suggestions shortly brought me to my one big decision that day: I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty. I drove it home the same night. I returned twice to the dealer because I had left my garage door opener in my old jeep and it had gone to auction. Mr Mohammed was instrumental in retrieving the door opener for me. I returned again today because of a "tire pressure" sign on the dash of the car. Again, he quickly took care of the matter for me with the same pleasant, friendly and assuring manner. I was a pleasure to deal with him. I think he's a great assett for your dealership. More

I didnt realize how horrible my experience with this dealership was until i went to a different one. With out my knowledge they submitted several application to banks when i asked them not too from the dealership was until i went to a different one. Now another dealership was unable to use the banks they would be able to get the best deal with because too many applications had been put in by this dealer. Quirk failed to tell me this and now they have ruined any chance at getting a new car right now as well as my credit. They did not listen when i told them what i was looking for and my price range. It was a waste of time and did not appreciate there miscomuniction. I Will NEVER go back nor will i ever recommend them! Worst expereince!!!!!! More
