I can't say enough fantastic things about Quirk Jeep!! Jason Fineberg, our salesman, was friendly, outgoing and completely professional. There was no "high pressure", there were no repeated trips to "check with my manager" (which frustrates me no end buying a car). I felt very welcome at Quirk, and even more importantly, RESPECTED. As a woman buying a car, I've been treated less than nicely by other dealerships. Not so with Quirk. I ended up buying the 2014 Jeep Patriot I went up to see, and left Quirk very happy. I met Eric Ao and Billy Hoyle also. I'd dealt with Billy online and Eric is Jason's boss. All three gentlemen were as respectful and helpful as was possible, and I admit I was impressed that Billy came over to congratulate me on my new car. After the purchase, I realized my new car did NOT have a/c. This is a problem. I emailed Quirk and received a phone call from Eric, who told me it wasn't a problem, bring it back, he'd find another one. The issue there was that Quirk did not have the vehicle I wanted but I'd found it at another dealership. Eric told me to bring it back, it was not a problem. "At the end of the day," he told me, "we want to see you in the car you want. We don't want you in the wrong vehicle." Thank you so much, Eric, Jason and Billy! We will be returning customers!! More

Recently purchased a 2014 jeep grand cherokee from Richard and it was a pleasurable experience. He was very knowledgeable on the jeep brand and explained several of the options the vehicle has to my Richard and it was a pleasurable experience. This is mine and my wife's fifth Jeep GC to own or lease in the last couple of years. This is also the second time in 2 years that I have upgraded with Quirk Jeep, and also dealt with the same people lease in the last couple of years. This is also the second time in 2 years that I have upgraded with Quirk Jeep, and also dealt with the same people too, Billy Wong, Eric Ao and Tear Chimm. I'm sure that Eric has other great sales people working for him, but I would recommend that you ask for Billy Wong. Billy has contacted me a few times over the last 2 years just checking in with me to make sure that everything was fine with my Jeep GC lease. No pressure, no sales talk, just a follow up call. Now that is customer service for you. I can guarantee you that no other dealership would do that. I'm due to change out my Jeep GC next year and I can honestly tell you now that Quirk Jeep in Braintree will have my business. More
I went to Quirk Jeep because they have fantastic reviews online (including this website). Unfortunately, my experience was a bit different. Their website advertised a special offering 110% of KBB trade-in v online (including this website). Unfortunately, my experience was a bit different. Their website advertised a special offering 110% of KBB trade-in value. The KBB trade-in values for my vehicle were as follows: Excellent - $18,814 Very Good - $18,464 Good - $17,414 Fair - $15,764 They reviewed my vehicle and expressed it was very clean and they saw nothing wrong. It is even still under full manufacturer warranty and includes the extended CPO warranty. As a result, I expected to get 110% of excellent trade-in value, or $20,695. As a result, I was completely shocked when they came back with a trade-in value of $15,200. I asked why they are so far off from their advertized special, and the manager acted like I was crazy for following KBB, which is advertized on their website. I understand they need to make a profit, but I was honestly quite offended when the sales manager told me to sell my vehicle to KBB (clearly sarcastic). Honestly, I find it extremely dishonest to advertize offers that they have no intention of following through with. I know the sales manager thought my expectations were unrealistic; however, given the fact that my expectations only aligned with their advertised specials, I do not believe I was being unreasonable. Obviously, many other people have had better experiences. Just my opinion I suppose. More

Billy Hoyle was very attentive to my questions even in light of heavy volumes which I am sure he receives each day via email. When shopping around for deals on new cars, there are a lot of very competitive dealerships and it can be overwhelming. Billy quickly made it clear that Quirk was one place that I should check out. From the start, he responded very quickly to my inquiry and welcomed questions about not only the car I expressed interest in, but also comparable models that I may have overlooked from my online search. Their pricing is very competitive and the customer service shown by Billy was second to none, being very upfront and not at all ambiguous about available discounts and bottom line prices. This no-pressure approach is a model that should be followed by all dealerships. I recommend Quirk Chrysler / Jeep for any prospective buyers/leasers. More
Billy Hoyle responded to our online inquiry promptly and negotiating for our 2014 Jeep was painless. The dealership is two hours from our home but I only drove there once to pick up the new vehicle.
