I asked for lease specifics (residual value; money factor, etc) in order to do my own analysis, and had to fight to get anything. Other dealers provided exactly what I wanted, which resulted in a higher trust level with them so I purchased from a different dealer. More

I went in to see what my options would be to finance a used vehicle as the time had come to replace my existing. Its hard to make decisions like this around Christmas and I have a very tight budget. He assured me I had multiple options available. We reviewed multiple options of vehicles and test drove a brand new car. He offered multiple test rides as well. They both worked with me in finding a way to budget a brand new car without having to go overboard. I felt very comfortable and no pressure to make decisions. I feel everyone was very honest with me in what I was capable of affording at this time. It was a painless process as I felt anxious going in, it was nice to be put at ease and drive away in a brand new car that will be reliable and safe for years to come. The warranty was excellent. I felt good about deciding to go with a new car over used. To leave the same day was so nice! Many thanks for a great experience.
