Had an appointment for service work for Friday 9 am. Drop it off Thursday evening . Told them to check to see if there was an oil cooler in the radiator . I was getting oil in the coolant. Called Friday evening and they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet, but was on the schedule for first thing Saturday morning. Called Saturday afternoon and Kenny said they hadn't looked at it yet but he would grab a technician and take a look. Their diagnosis was a cracked block after looking at it no longer than 5 minutes. He said they would look into it futher on Monday morning. Monday afternoon I was told someone had been looking at it but had to be pulled off. This is when I lost my patience with them. Told them if it wasn't looked at by Tuesday evening I was coming to get it. They called Tuesday and said they took a sample of the coolant and it tested out good and the only way oil could have gotten into the coolant was if another mechanic had reused some old coolant. They then said an oil change and coolant flush would get us home to Missouri, 1400 miles away. Called us back at 4:40 to tell us it was ready. We left then and arrived at 6 pm . They tried to charge me for 6 days rental on a car , they reduced it to 3. Should have only been 2 days.When I arrived back Cambridge there was again oil in the coolant. I then called Rogers radiator and had the radiator replaced . Problem solved. The most upsetting thing is that I told them on 3 seperate occasions to check the oil cooler in the radiator. More

I came in to quirk just to look and ending up leaving with a brand new traverse. I hated the car I came in with and was worried that the fact I had just bought it would be a problem. They gave me a fair price right from the get go and didn't pressure me. It was very comfortable . So in the end not only dis I get a great deal I kept the same car payment even though I took a loss on my trade.
