On September 17th 2010 I picked up my new 2011 GMC K2500 from Quirk GMC in Manchester NH. I arrived before the sales department opened and walked around. I found that the service department was full of vehicles being worked on while the floors were being scrubbed with automated equipment, the showroom full with new vehicles of all types of GM products and a line at the parts department. This store was up and running well before 8 AM and fully engaged in the day’s business. I was amazed at the scope and size of the operation and all the new vehicles on the lot. Whenever I stopped to look around someone would ask if I needed any help finding anything. The sales department opened and I met with Tony Dillberg the General Manager and Michael Palmer the Finance Coordinator who walked me through all my paperwork. Then I got to see my truck go through some of the pre-delivery steps by three men and driven outside for me. All of the dash controls including ON STAR were gone over with me by Michael Palmer, Tim Larson and Dan Szopa. They even activated ON STAR which gave me step by step directions to go home and my new cell phone number. What an experience! This is the place to go to for your next vehicle. I was towing a 28 foot enclosed trailer with my 2003 Chevy Silverado on I-93 late in morning of June 9 when a fan belt and tensioner failed. Both vehicles were towed to Quirk Chevrolet where I met Fred Chevy Silverado on I-93 late in morning of June 9 when a fan belt and tensioner failed. Both vehicles were towed to Quirk Chevrolet where I met Fred Parisi and Perry Cataldo. Both are members of the service department staff and their professionalism was apparent from the start. I explained that my trailer contained a race car scheduled for testing and the crew and I had prepared for this day for many months. I was desperate to get back on the road as we had arranged to rent the race track that afternoon. Fred and Perry made every effort to get my truck in the shop as quickly as possible and they turned the task over to service technician, Fred. In a little over one hour from the time of its arrival on Quirk's lot, Fred completed the repairs. Remarkably, after Perry prepared my invoice he ushered me to the cashier to make certain that I moved thought the process as quickly as possible. Amazing. We continued on our way to a successful test session. After setting our personal best that afternoon at 191 miles per hour we knew that the only thing that moved as fast we did that day were the folks in Quirk's service department. Quirk has set a new standard for service excellence and customer satisfaction that other dealers will find hard to match. More

My first visit at Quirk of Manchester was on June 4 and that first impression was exemplary. My latest visit for additional service work scheduled for June 18 was nothing less than perfect. The attention to the customers needs and the relationship creation is more than just having your vehicle services. This experience has created a new family connection at Quirk. All service work has been performed at exceptional levels. The repairs are quality, the vehicle is left clean with not oils or stains seen at other dealerships. This is the best experience I have ever had at any automobile business where sales and service is done right. I recommend Quirk to anyone looking for the attention to detail, the quality expected and at a price that is very competitive. The service department is so clean, spacious and friendly that I prefer waiting for my vehicle service rather than dropping off since I can work in comfort, have conference calls without interruption and enjoy the environment. This is by far the best place to have your vehicle This is by far the best place to have your vehicle service period. I still can not believe the amount of care they gave me to get my car n an fixed.
