I have been searching for a new truck for several weeks, and finally bought one from Quirk GMC in Manchester, NH. As we all know buying a car or truck is usually a painful and long process. But I have now found a salesman and dealership that have changed my view on this process. I called several dealers in the area trying to get the best price. The only dealership that would work with me was Quirk! Josh spent several days working with me via email and text message to get me the best deal. Even though I was to busy to drive to the dealership, I was still able to turn my lease in and get my new truck. This was the best experience I have had with a dealership in many years and I will being doing business again with them. If you don't want to deal with the "dog and Pony" act, this is the place. When you call, ask for Tony (I think he was the manager) or Josh P, they were great! More
I needed a work van for my company. I went there and met Josh. The process was quick and plesant. He found the right van and made all the arraignments for my accessories. Went to Quirk being that Saturn of Manchester had closed its doors, and of course I reside in Manchester. Feeling a bit apprehensive & not knowing what to expect, Robert & the folks at Quirk pleasantly step its doors, and of course I reside in Manchester. Feeling a bit apprehensive & not knowing what to expect, Robert & the folks at Quirk pleasantly stepped in and picked right up where Saturn left off! All my warranties and service plans still intact!! They handled everything very professionally and were committed in making me a new valued customer. I personally felt that the Service folks at Saturn were outstanding, and I was very comfortable going there. So, for those out there feeling a bit unsure by the loss of Saturn and what to do... don't hesitate in using Quirk as a viable option! More

I wouldn't recommed buying a car from this dealer. I purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia in June. The salesman - Dave was okay, but the car was not ready when they said it would be. I organized a ride and took half a day out of work to go pick it up. I called to say I was on my way and they inform me that it wasn't ready. Not the salesman's fault, so I figure I would give them another chance and had my first oil change done there. Bad idea - the service dept was even worse. There was a recall on the safty belt and I asked how long it would take for both - half hour for the oil change and half hour for the recall fix. 2 and a half hours later no one could help me. I asked for the manager of service and the person went to get him. As I waited 15 minutes for him to materialized, I watched 4 employees sit around doing nothing but play a video game on their work computer, two service employees and one saleman sit around and laugh and joke. Not once did anyone ask who I was waiting for. The manager had to go and get my car from the back. I asked if the oil life was re-set and was assured that it was. Two weeks later I noticed it was not, and I had 41% oil life. Should I believe it was changed or just not re-set? I had to drive back to pick up the paperwork which was never given to me and have them re-set the oil life. To top things off, I was selected for a random customer service call and spoke with a lady from Quirk HQ and have yet to received the promised call back from someone in Quirk's HQ office. Run quickly away from this dealer, in this economy they must not need the business because the employees don't really care if you come back. More
I was having trouble getting quality service work from the dealer that I bought my Cadillac from. Having bought from Quirk before, I was always happy with the service I had received there, so I ask the Se the dealer that I bought my Cadillac from. He said they could, he made sure I got a service loaner, and he went with me on a test ride to see the issues I was reporting. Within 2 days, Quirk seems to have been able to resolve the biggest issue I was having. The Caddy dealer had my car for over a month for this issue, spanning at least 4 visits. The entire staff has always been helpful and friendly. They treated my teenage son and his truck with the same respect when he went in for late warranty service as well. More
After being ignored at Lowell GMC, (I guess because I was in work clothes) and left standing in showroom while sales personal yaked with each other, maybe thinking that I purchased my last truck there and no in work clothes) and left standing in showroom while sales personal yaked with each other, maybe thinking that I purchased my last truck there and now a sure sale for them, I just left and headed for another dealership, QuirkWorks in Manchester, NH.. From the time I got there, till the sale was made, my sales person, TIM, the sales mgr. TONY and how could I forget, the money man, MIKE, all treated me like a real person and not just another sale. I like being treated like that!! As far as I know, all GMC's come out the same door for all dealers at the plant they are built at, so the price is pretty close at all dealers, so the sale should be made by the way you are treated...............(or not treated, as by Lowell GMC) I purchased a $36.000 truck from real people. On September 17th 2010 I picked up my new 2011 GMC K2500 from Quirk GMC in Manchester NH. I arrived before the sales department opened and walked around. I found that the service department was full of vehicles being worked on while the floors were being scrubbed with automated equipment, the showroom full with new vehicles of all types of GM products and a line at the parts department. This store was up and running well before 8 AM and fully engaged in the day’s business. I was amazed at the scope and size of the operation and all the new vehicles on the lot. Whenever I stopped to look around someone would ask if I needed any help finding anything. The sales department opened and I met with Tony Dillberg the General Manager and Michael Palmer the Finance Coordinator who walked me through all my paperwork. Then I got to see my truck go through some of the pre-delivery steps by three men and driven outside for me. All of the dash controls including ON STAR were gone over with me by Michael Palmer, Tim Larson and Dan Szopa. They even activated ON STAR which gave me step by step directions to go home and my new cell phone number. What an experience! This is the place to go to for your next vehicle. Great location, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and GM products with very fair pricing. I recommend Quirk Chevy GMC Buick to all and I will go back for my next vehicle More
I was towing a 28 foot enclosed trailer with my 2003 Chevy Silverado on I-93 late in morning of June 9 when a fan belt and tensioner failed. Both vehicles were towed to Quirk Chevrolet where I met Fred Chevy Silverado on I-93 late in morning of June 9 when a fan belt and tensioner failed. Both vehicles were towed to Quirk Chevrolet where I met Fred Parisi and Perry Cataldo. Both are members of the service department staff and their professionalism was apparent from the start. I explained that my trailer contained a race car scheduled for testing and the crew and I had prepared for this day for many months. I was desperate to get back on the road as we had arranged to rent the race track that afternoon. Fred and Perry made every effort to get my truck in the shop as quickly as possible and they turned the task over to service technician, Fred. In a little over one hour from the time of its arrival on Quirk's lot, Fred completed the repairs. Remarkably, after Perry prepared my invoice he ushered me to the cashier to make certain that I moved thought the process as quickly as possible. Amazing. We continued on our way to a successful test session. After setting our personal best that afternoon at 191 miles per hour we knew that the only thing that moved as fast we did that day were the folks in Quirk's service department. Quirk has set a new standard for service excellence and customer satisfaction that other dealers will find hard to match. More
