My schedule did not allow me the opportunity to get out to the dealership in person. All communications and arrangements were made over the phone, via email and fax. I had to appear in person just once and that was to sign on the dotted line and to drive my new car off the lot. Mark handled everything flawlessly including the loan, DMV transfer and other paperwork as well as the insurance aspects of owning a new car. He literally and legitimately did everything for us from a remote location. It couldn't have gone any smoother or been any easier and to top it off, we love our new car! I would recommend this dealership without reservation or hesitation especially if you need assistance from afar! More
