Great experience at Quinn Motor Car! We recently purchased out second vehicle from Quinn Motor Car. Both purchasing experiences were great. My husband and I both work and have very busy We recently purchased out second vehicle from Quinn Motor Car. Both purchasing experiences were great. My husband and I both work and have very busy, erratic schedules. Mark Quinn and his staff are knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. We were able to test drive a car, get our questions answered, secure financing and pick up our vehicle in a less than 24-hour time frame. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I have had my previous vehicles serviced at Quinn's Service Center for years. The front managers and the service techs have always been reliable, fair and friendly. They have gone out of their way to make sure our vehicles are safe and we trust them as our go-to car professionals. Trust in the car business is something that jokes are routinely made about. The work that the folks at Quinn's do is no joke. They are our on our short list of favorite people to do business with. More
2008 Chevrolet Silverado I had a good experience with Mike. He was friendly and easy going. These guys made the process of purchasing a car easy and as stress free as possible I had a good experience with Mike. He was friendly and easy going. These guys made the process of purchasing a car easy and as stress free as possible. I wanted a few extra things added to this truck and they were willing to work with me. They did not move on the price however I feel I paid a fair price for a good quality truck. I also had an issue with the tonneau cover not working properly and they are replacing it no questions asked. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and quality customer service. More

I went to Quinn's to get my car inspected and the windshield i had for 2 years was all of a sudden a problem. Also he wanted to charge me $350 for a $16 part. I went down to napa auto parts, got the windshield i had for 2 years was all of a sudden a problem. Also he wanted to charge me $350 for a $16 part. I went down to napa auto parts, got the part, and the guy at napa said a dummy could install the part in less than an hour. Quinns wanted to charge me for 3+ hours of labor. I would say that's a huge rip off. More

I've bought many cars in my time but never have been treated so rude and felt so worthless by anyone in the car business. I saw an Acura that I liked and went and to the dealership for a test drive. The treated so rude and felt so worthless by anyone in the car business. I saw an Acura that I liked and went and to the dealership for a test drive. The price on the vehicle was $17980 which I thought was top value for this vehicle with 78000 miles on it. We started talking #'s and about my trade value and he gave me a fairly mid range offer on my trade but didn't take anything of his vehicle. I left and figured I come back and take a 2nd test drive and a longer one, also he said the car was detailed so it was much cleaner. I arrived at the dealership he had a plate on the car and i started my second test drive and right away an interior piece above the back seat falls off. I figure OK and keep driving then next, the back seat widow wont roll down with the driver side door buttons, now mind you this is a used car but he's asking top price for it? I get to my house with the car and take, with my wife a good look around the outside of the car and find some minor rust spot above the rear fender. I also see some real bad touch-up job on the bottom of the rear fender with paint that doesn't even match, and the font bumper had a crack in the plastic where the car apparently hit something. So on the way back to the dealership I'm thinking it's an 07 with 78000 miles and it has some flaws here and there, but again for the right price I'm still interested.I pull up and head right into Mark's office and sit down and I now want to start talking about coming down on his vehicle(price wise) which he hasn't taken any money off of yet and I point out some of the things I saw. He immediately gets defensive and says he has a COLD and does not want to negotiate the price of the car and that he's not going to talk anymore about the deal? Now I've bought many cars like I said and never once paid the price they were asking especially for used cars! So as an adult i see this situation is not going to end well and decide I better just cut this off and get out of the dealership. I will make it a point to steer people clear of this place unless they like feeling inferior or like 1 sided deals with the consumer having no say in the price! More
Buying a car gives me a headache. Maybe it's the sales people who try to give the impression they're doing you a favor. I don't know I dread the thought, the time the whole experience. A mechanic fr sales people who try to give the impression they're doing you a favor. I don't know I dread the thought, the time the whole experience. A mechanic friend suggested Quinn Motor Car in West Sand Lake my first thought was out of the way. My wife checked it out on the web and was interested in this preowned Kia so we stopped by. That was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ask a question get an answer. Great service equals no problems. Best of all no sales pitch. Some things are worth going out of the way for. This was. Oh yeah they thanked me for buying the car and I will buy another car from Mark Quinn More
