This lady never purchased a car from us a relative of hers purchased this car and was offered comprehensive extended warranty which he declined. All of our vehicles are checked out mechanically before we put them on our lot and again prior to delivery. This car was driven 3 months prior to a transmission failing, we suggested taking the vehicle to a local transmission shop that would have fixed the vehicle at that time for less than $2,000. I don't know who this woman is that called and began to threaten me with legal issues, after I told her to please read the contract that her friend signed and understand the contracts terminology there were more THREATS and ATTITUDE that myself or any other business person does not have to TOLERATE. At that time I did tell her that if. she could not understand the contract to go get an F lawyer.I have not heard from her or enyone else since.
