Purchasing a vehicle has never made it to my list of enjoyable experiences. However, I recently bought a used truck from Queensbury Auto Mall and I have to admit, my perception was changed. John Hansen and Matt Eberlein were cooperative, forthcoming with information and consistently did everything they could to turn what I dreaded into a positive outcome. John deserves special recognition for his timely communications that prevented needless travel and concern. There were several repairs/improvements that needed to be made in order to make the truck acceptable and both men kept their promises to sell a safe, clean and properly detailed vehicle to me. Effortless I found a car I really liked, they got it ready for a test drive immediately. With the servicing I got new brakes and rear shocks. They were so great through the process. I will definately be coming back for another car! More
