I flew up from St Louis, Missouri and could not have had a better experience! Dioris Natera, Raydenisse Espinal and Sharea Ellerby took great care of me and even had someone pick me up from the airport! The a better experience! Overcharge for vehicle. Took off MSRP sticker and made their own, 10,000 above. I wanted the vehicle so I did buy it. Since I wanted to finance the whole vehicle, I put down $5000 to hold it and they promised I would get it back when we did the finance thing. After waiting three hours at the dealer to meet the finance person they coerced me to take the extended warranty which I told them several times I do not want. They made it seem like if I didn’t take it I couldn’t get the loan. They also said that they would not give back the $5000 I put down and it would go towards the loan , which I explain to them I didn’t want to do. When I drove the car off the lot there was something terribly wrong with the suspension that caused me much grief, anxiety and disappointment that there was something wrong with the vehicle. The only thing that was wrong is that the dealer did not have it service properly when it came in and he never took out the “SHIPPING PUCKS” that holds the suspension tight while it is brought over from Germany. After several weeks I’m not driving the car because of this I read in a VW forum that there may be “shipping pucks” that dealer didn’t take out. That was the case , I let them know about this. The ISSUE THAT STILL REMAINS and hence this review, is that I canceled the extended warranty and Volkswagen cancellation department guarantee that I would get 100%, which was $8764 back. The dealer was unresponsive to this and kept saying they didn’t receive any money for Volkswagen which was sent in late March. After several calls to Volkswagen cancellation and pinning down the dealer for a three-way conversation he sent me the money back except for-$604. He claimed that Volkswagen cancellation only sent them that amount and it was prorated, NOT TRUE! I have proof in writing and a picture of the amount that they sent which was the full amount. I told the deal with that if I don’t get the remaining money back, and this is going over months of time, I havewould start to write reviews about them. It has been an aggravating five months with Queensborough Volkswagen and their ways of doing business. I am looking into going to small claims court to get back the 600+ dollars that they owe me and they do have. Please avoid this dealership at any cost. More
The patience these people had during my car lease process is quite frankly unbelievable. Make sure it's on a signed contract because when you sit down with t he finance officer there will be a new increased surcharge, if your leasing there will be an increase in the interest rate and the sales manager will not sell a car unless he makes at least 10 grand in profit on it. And if you find a cheaper price the tell you it's a reel in tactic, meanwhile they are the ones keeping you in the dark until contract time. Did you know the sales managers friend went to buy a vehicle somewhere else and they supposedly told him that there was a 20k overcharge. He tells you this to support why he's adding 10k to the sales price of your vehicle. Go anywhere else, you'll save money and probably get the actual car that you want. Am I a disgruntled individual? No, just someone who listened to all their bs, accepted a different color than promised and wound up paying about 12k over sticker price on a lease. Unfortunately I realized this after signing all the papers. Don't be a sucker. They advertise about being the cheapest dealer when on fact they are the cheatest dealer. More

I had reached out to Rafael on the phone & he had my 2018 Ford Escape ready when I arrived at their dealership. Ms KK & Dioris worked hard to get me a reasonable rate for my car payments. The worse car buying experience I’ve ever had. The manager gave me the price $3000 over sticker. When I got to the dealership, the car sales man is telling the car is going $4000 over sticker. The manager is saying that is part of the negotiation. I didn’t come to negotiate I came to pay the price I got over the phone. I drove from Staten Island and was very annoyed sitting in traffic for 2 hours. After an argument we agreed on $3000 over sticker. I asked if I can bring a check from MCU to finance the car. They told me they work with MCU and will get me the loan. The next day at 3pm they called me to tell me that they do work with MCU. Why lie? Why run my credit? Went to the bank before they close to get the loan and again sitting in rush hour traffic. Because they could just let me bring the check and get it all done off peak hours. I asked the sales man if I can get the $500 credit for being a firefighter. He told its only for the lease. When on Volkswagen website it states lease or finance excludes golf r models. I just didn’t want to argue anymore and wanted to be done with them. When I went back to get the car. I asked if I can get the $1000 deposit refunded like we agreed on. Because I brought the check for the full amount of the vehicle. The finance manager try to play me and say that it’s deducted from the total. Of course the sales manager had to play dumb and look in the computer and tell me that he owes me $1000. Finance manager got upset and said he’d have to redo all the paperwork. We get to he’s office all the paperwork was correct and he didn’t have to do anything. Very unprofessional he wouldn’t even explain to me what I was signing. The dealership is really a joke I don’t even know how they stay in business. The only reason I bought a car from them is because my wife wanted a certain specs in the vehicle and they the only dealer that had it in that color. More
