EXTREME ABUSE Delivered the car on a Wednesday and was told I'd have it later that afternoon. By Friday, nobody was responding to my multiple text messages or phone Delivered the car on a Wednesday and was told I'd have it later that afternoon. By Friday, nobody was responding to my multiple text messages or phone calls or voice messages. I had to arrive announced and demand to get my car back. Manager insisted work had been done but when I walked him to the car to show no new tires had been placed on the car, and that the car was filthy, he backed down. I demanded my car back and left. On Saturday they call me and apologize and assure me they are about to work on my car - MY CAR WAS ALREADY GONE THE DAY BEFORE, meaning they hadn't even checked on the car before calling me. What's worse is that a piece of my car's grill is missing now because of the inspection they did on the fans that needed replacing. Nobody let me know if fans were replaced or just cleaned (warning light went away). THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND IS EXCEPTIONALLY ABUSIVE TO CUSTOMERS. More
