Emily was great at helping me on the phone figure all the details out. Showed up and was helped immediately on the day of the appointment. They let me know the time frame it would take, a couple of hours, and so I sat in the waiting room as I wasn't near home. Waiting room was semi small but cozy enough. They had water and coffee and snacks we could have. I would say 98% of everyone was wearing their mask correctly and maintained a good distance. They gave me regular updates about my cars progress and checked in to make sure I was still doing good. They even washed the car after they were done and used protective equipment in the car (from the virus). Overall good first experience here. Will be going back. More

He even allowed me into the garage to see what parts were needed while the car was on the lift. A first for me at a VW service center. Also, the location (for me) is super convenient. After service was completed it was well after the 6pm closing time, but he made sure all was done and even provided a free car wash and vacuum for free the next day. I will be back for the routine service intervals for sure. The only negative detail I can provide is the labor costs are astronomical, so any repairs will easily cost a few hundred dollars + parts. I know this isn't the staff's fault but I still wanted to address it. More
Brought my car in twice for the same problem. After being lied to by everyone there, I had no choice,but to pay almost 1900.00 for a job that should have been covered under warranty. Do not recommend any VW service center They cracked my windshield. Been several weeks and they claim their IT is not working so they cannot compare before and after pictures. VW did not stand behind their other service center damaging my car. Was initially offered full reimbursement and that later changed to just a discount. Was bound. They have been ignoring all text messages and phone calls (claiming messages were not received, but it has been clearly delivered). Corporate as well has been ignoring. My next step will be legal litigation if this is not corrected. The other service center neglected a coolant leak causing several issues on my car. Marco had initially offered full reimbursement after initially trying to blame me for not driving my car during the pandemic (by the mileage he calculated, I was driving on average 5 miles a day). I got corporate involved, and they said they have to go with Marco's decision. I was at this same dealership also sold a lock key by a different representative that would not even work on my car. It was allowed to be returned. I was one of those people screwed over when a different VW dealership now foreclosed when they tried to sell me a rim and tire from a cheaper model car from the junkyard when I had asked for a brand new one to match the set as I bought it brand new (VW Golf SEL). Corporate did not believe me until I sent a picture showing it was a different size and had different number of spokes. As a female, I do not trust any VW dealership, and corporate does not help you out either. I have been screwed over so many times. Do NOT BUY VW, and then you will not have to use their service center. I do not know what else to do. I was able to call a nice sales manager called Francisco who seems reasonable and personable and says that they don't have pictures of my car beforehand (although I remember them distinctly taking photos), so they'll have to dig into overhead video footage. We'll see what that turns up as the quality of those as nill and won't be able to appreciate the crack in the windshield. More
