The lead-in was the very useful input from the receptionist that I was subject to summons in June as that was the expiration month on my car. One day later I brought the car in for inspection and a lube+oil change first thing in the morning where I was immediately greeted and processed and then proceded to the waiting area where I enjoyed an excellent bagel, especially good company with other patrons and perfect service from the staff advising me on how things were progressing. My car happened to be especially dirty and I appreciated receiving a courteous car wash when the work was done. In short, I am a GREAT fan of the service department at this dealership. More
