I found myself at the Queensboro dealership after having a not so great experience at another Volkswagen dealership that took forever to get the car I wanted in and went back on the original pricing we’d ag a not so great experience at another Volkswagen dealership that took forever to get the car I wanted in and went back on the original pricing we’d agreed on when the car did arrive. Gus was helpful and honest over the phone, was able to have the exact Atlas / trim package I wanted the next day and was a pleasure to work with when I came in! Dino was also wonderful to work with and advised me as a friend vs. a new customer he was trying to make as much money as possible off. I love the new car and feel like I got a very fair deal during the chip shortage. I will definitely be back and my Mom was so impressed with Dino and Gus she is looking to get a VW as her next car from Dino and Gus! Thank you so much! More
