Would be very wary of buying any type of extended service/warranty offering from them. I was expressly told the vehicle service insurance policy I was aggressively sold by the salesperson would cover service/warranty offering from them. I was expressly told the vehicle service insurance policy I was aggressively sold by the salesperson would cover a replacement key irrespective of where I lived but now they are saying I would have to physically order it in person, which is not feasible since I have moved to California. Any attempts to speak to anyone about this result in being left on hold until the phone disconnects or being told a manager, I believe named Marco, will call me back but no one ever does. This has gone on for four weeks and I have spent over 6 hours trying to get to the bottom of this. More
