I went to this dealer twice and I wasn’t so happy with their service. First time I saw that they forgot to reinstall some staff . Second time they took the car and after changing the oil they forgot to a their service. First time I saw that they forgot to reinstall some staff . Second time they took the car and after changing the oil they forgot to adjust the car system that the oil was already change. It looks they are always on rush. More

I last purchased a new car 15 years ago: a 2007 VW Passat. The original dealership closed a few years back, so I started using Queensboro VW for service. We picked up our pre-ordered ID. 4 and had a nice experience at Queensboro VW. Dino and Jonathan were helpful completing the sale to our satisfaction and went out of their way to deli 4 and had a nice experience at Queensboro VW. Dino and Jonathan were helpful completing the sale to our satisfaction and went out of their way to deliver the car in a time crunch. They made us a great offer for our trade in, and while I’ll miss my 6-speed manual, electric is the way to go! When there was confusion on delivery Dino came in on his day off to help resolve the issue and we were thrilled to drive our new car home! More
