I bought a brand new Volkswagen Jetta here last week. Gus was a great salesperson and Dino, the general manager, was attentive and resolute in solving whatever problems. I can't say enough about how kind Gus was a great salesperson and Dino, the general manager, was attentive and resolute in solving whatever problems. I can't say enough about how kind Gus was or how helpful he was in this process, and I do hope that he gets credit where it is due as I spent a large portion of the sales process dealing directly with him. He's a friendly, savvy, helpful guy, who really just wants to help the customer. Dino was also a great help through this process. He was present as I purchased the car and dealt directly with me when I had some questions. He was available and easy to communicate with and above all, I can say he honestly is concerned about customer satisfaction. In any business, money talks (as it should), but Dino and Gus were able to take off the sales hat and put on the human hats for a second. It was appreciated. I am glad to have done business here and I'd urge anyone looking for a car, to set up an appointment directly with Gus (who, in the process, will introduce you to Dino). I can't say enough about the great work they have done here, and if you're in the market for a new car, I'd encourage you to stop here first. Both Dino and Gus are real gems in the car salesmen's world and we're lucky to have them working in Queens! More
