HORRIBLE PLACE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Me and my fiance bought a 08 Silverado from them. First of all, it was not inspected by the dealer, 2nd within 1 week I needed new hub bearings. Had the truck for just under 2 months. The mechanic at my local shop told us that it was most likely a sandy damaged truck. It is a family vehicle. When we spoke to DEAN he gave us the run around. We live out of state. I have every conversation recorded and I have my attorney contacting them. Also I will be going to the BBB this place is terrible. They are very disrespectful. More

I did my research online before coming in so I knew what I wanted already. I just called ahead of time to make sure the car was available, which it was, and came in. At first the car needed a jump but they had a portable car charger they used just while I was test driving it. After the test drive I went in, got my insurance and paperwork straightened out, and in the meantime they had someone cleaning the car and putting a new battery in. My experience so far has been good More

I purchased a 2007 Lincoln Navigator 2 weeks ago. Price was great, however sunroof was not working and my drivers seat had a tear. Was assured by Jay that it would be taken care of. I paid for thè car the next day because he took forever to get back to the dealership so I missed my bank that day. So I get to a guy that fixed the sunroof he quotes Jay the price and now all of a sudden I have to pay Half....total xxxxxxxx if you ask me. The repair shop ordered the wrong sunroof for a 2005 Model when I have a 2007. So after all sorts of splicing only 2 parts if the sunroof was used. So im out off 500.00. I most likely will never purchase there again nor will I refer anyone. If Jay would've kept his word and paid the full price for the repair like he said this woudve been a 5 star rating. However if you still decide to go there ask for Ryan he's an excellent salesmen. More

Being a dishonest dealer, they started to play games with me when I went back the following week to get my promised repairs done. I had inspected the vehicle and noted that there were a few issues that needed to be fixed and the salesman, Afredo (who was very polite at the time), agreed to fulfill my requests. I wanted assurance of the repairs before signing the purchasing documents, while in the office ,Joe the financing manager and their mechanic, Guam again firmly and sincerely promised that they will honor these repairs upon my next visit. Instead, they gave various excuses every trip I made to Queen Auto Sale, and advised me to come back the next week. I tried calling ahead of time, but I was placed on hold for a very long time and was unable to reach Afredo, Guam, or Joe. Overall, this was the worst experience and I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. In fact, because of how well my initial visit to the dealership went, I was about to refer a friend of mine, but after this incident, I am glad I didn't. Finally I gave up pursuing the matter as it cost me a lot of money, in tolls and gasoline, and time after so many weeks. I would advise any potential buyer against going to Queen Auto Sales. More

Everyone that works here is extremely helpfull. They are very kind, very offering, and generous. If you are looking for beautiful and non expensive cars go to Queens Auto sales in elmhurst ny!!!!!!!! Dealer kept the car for one week to do repairs and told us repairs were completed. When we returned to pick up the vehicle no repairs had been done. Since we live out of state they told us to take car to local dealership and have dealership contact them to make repairs. Car is completely inoperable and they (Dean) refused to refund or pay to repair as promised. Bank has already funded them for the loan and the car does not work and requires $4000.00 in repairs. All problems associated with the car were identified within the first week of purchase well before the 60 day lemon law maturity. Now I have a 6 year car note to pay for a car that does not work. Car inspectors are paid off to pass all vehicle inspections. Cars are purchased very cheap from salvage bidding sites, tweaked a little, then sold for thousands.... Workers are aware of the fraudulence of this company yet stay quiet to make a commission... Don't fall for their friendliness, it's an act to scam you!!! they pay customers for good reviews... More
