First time using dealership service center, factory recall Ihad received a recall issue in the mail so I called Quebeduex service dept. The person I was put in touch with was aware of the issue & said they wou Ihad received a recall issue in the mail so I called Quebeduex service dept. The person I was put in touch with was aware of the issue & said they would have to order the replacement part then he would call me when it came. He did exactly that in the time frame he had quoted. He told me the repair would take 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I ask if they had a guest shuttle, which they did. I myself had time issues & he was able to work around them. I have never had to take my car to a dealership for any reason let alone a recall issue so I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth things went & the person I first spoke to was the one who handled everything for me & made me feel comfortable. I noticed the customers around me at the other service desks all had smiles too. The ride to my house & back to pick up my car was enjoyable & very appreciative. It definitely deserves the 5 stars More

My sales experiences have been excellent, both with Carl and Jon. Van driver Paul has always been cheery. Adam Hensley, my service agent, has been wonderful with all the above. As a single, senior woman, dealing with a vehicle is always a concern, and everyone at Quebedeaux has made me very comfortable.
