I use Quebedeaux to service my GM cars. Their service rating is 4 1/2 stars. Since the ratings 4 or 5 I will opt for 5 stars. However, I have some recommendations: 1. in the past the dealership listed th rating is 4 1/2 stars. Since the ratings 4 or 5 I will opt for 5 stars. However, I have some recommendations: 1. in the past the dealership listed their prices for several services they performed like oil changes, batteries, transmission, brake, power steering, coolant fluid exchanges and many more services. I think Quebedeaux should reinstate the service cost list to keep their customer's better information on what to expect. The service area was remodeled but they forget to provide a space for customers who are physically challenged to include a place to sit while they discuss the services they desire with their service advisor. I also noticed they did not provide seating for their service advisors. The Starbucks coffee area was not well stock, hot cup protectors where not available nor were cups, or some coffee creamers. However, a nice lady between the parts and service departments got some cups stocked the other items were not available. The dealerships Meet our staff list has for the most part been removed? Quebedeaux appears to be making changes and may need some more time to get all services up to par. More
Can’t get a firm price up front on service. Very frustrating! Also var was parked by employee so close to next car (4x4 truck) he hit my car while exiting. Not time efficient in responding to owner’s concerns and addressing owner’s issues. Unorganized and unprofessional, I was mistreated, disrespected, ignored by having me be interrupted and cut me off as I was trying to explain the issue my vehicle was having to help other customers disrespected, ignored by having me be interrupted and cut me off as I was trying to explain the issue my vehicle was having to help other customers as if I didn’t wait my turn to be helped patiently and I was extremely upset with their customer service. I feel like buying from here was a great experience but the experience at service makes me not want to buy from here again unfortunately. I took my truck down for new outer tie rods to be replaced and an alignment. They didn't grease them, broke one tie rod, and didn't install cotter pin on the other. I dropped my truck back off a second time from 8am till 3pm. Only to be told the part wasn't in yet. Days go by no call on part. I fixed the truck myself. And I'm out 320.00 for xxxx service. I wouldn't take my vehicle their for an air freshener. Let alone service. More
Horrible, Took two months for the repairs. More than double the money of what was stated, no communication, Hope I don't have to go back. Have been a customer for over 25 years. Purchased 4 trucks and one car and can't believe the service I had. Finally had to go to the general manger to get my truck back. Appalling service. Their slogan is "Way to go Quebedeaux", but it should be "Wait to go Quebedeaux". I thought at the very least 1200.00 estimate I was given would have been cut in half instead it was more than doubled to $2900.00. Royal GMC is where I will go from now on or up to Phoenix. Disappointed. More
I’ve taken my car multiple times to this dealership to get serviced and each time they have had my car from 7:30am-6pm. For an oil change and to check tires. Each with making appointments. Their excuse was that they needed to order parts (the oil) and wait for approvals(the coverage I have on my tires/wheel), which I feel if I make an appointment for those things, shouldnt they already have been prepared for those ? Which they responded no, I would need to call and tell them to order the oil to that it doesn’t take 10 hours for them to do it themselves. As a paying customer I’m wondering why I would need to this extra work when it should be their job to provide services (which I had an appointment for ) in a timely manner. Around 2:30 pm I was called to see if I had a different first name because they couldn’t verify I had purchased from them, but that I had gotten approved anyways and that my car should be ready later that day. I never received a call later notifying me that my car was ready for pick up. What I had to do was go right before they closed on the slight change that it was going to be ready. I walked in and right away they said “okay let me get your keys” which I asked “so this means my car is done? Because I didn’t get a call” (again this is for an oil change and for them to check for a tire leak) the person helping me said he had to leave and hoped someone would have called me to let me know my car was done. It comes as a great inconvenience to me because I was out a car, and couldn’t complete my daily tasks because I had to prioritize around the thought and chance that I would need to pick up my car which I didn’t have a ride to (their shuttle service stops around 4pm I believe). Then for them to tell me I’m the one who needs to call and tell them to be prepared so they don’t keep it from 7:30-6pm. All my servicing experiences have been dreadful and I hate to be that person but I do not feel that I was taken care of properly. More
