Good service! They worked on several things I itemized to be fixed. They cleaned up every problem. There was a very tenacious problem with the Tire Monitoring System. These are the worst inventions ever. They are so troublesome. But they stuck with it and finally got it working correctly. Could not complete service due to parts not in stock and time frame on lane assist problem will call when parts are in and set up a priority appointment. I called two weeks later on June 5th to check on parts, individual said she would check and call me back, called again on June 8th or 9th and was told by Tommy he was going to call me as the parts just came In. He set up an appointment for June 11th. I arrived for my 9:00 appointment, I informed the service writer that I also noticed that the navigation was showing one hour more to destination than it was going to take, I was told that there was not an appointment and soon after I was offered a vehicle to use and I assumed it was due to having to work me in. Returned from Benson on June 12 to pick up my truck, I was asked if I had replaced the windshield and I said yes, thie lane assist was not a warranty problem so I decided to have the work done by the replacement people. I was told that the replacement brakes were not done due to recall policy and that the time was working. I guess I should have checked on that before I left as after a stop at another appointment I put in an address and noticed that the time was still off be 1 hour. I have another recall that the parts are not available so when I return for that I will double check on service work being done, More

I had the engine oil, transmissi Prior to a long trip pulling my camper, I wanted to ready my 2018 GMC Sierra and also keep the truck in great shape. I had the engine oil, transmission, differentials, and 4WD serviced. When I left the dealership, I had to turn back after just driving one block. The transmission was jerking on acceleration and shifting. Come to find out that the transmission oil was almost a quart low. It took what seemed like another hour to get my vehicle back. The mechanic wrote on the receipt that he test drove the vehicle. I did see it drive by. Why didn't he find this issue? I suspect that the mechanic was a new person. I got all of this service done to ensure a 5,000 mile trip pulling my camper would be problem free. I do not now have confidence that all of my fluid levels are at the full mark. I will have to check the vehicle myself. I have lost some confidence in Quebedeaux service. I never had any problems before. More

Normal maintenance performed. Work actual was performed properly and on time. There was long delay due to a back up at the car wash.
