Service manager was too busy. Did not return my calls for status on my vehicle. In my opinion he was overwhelmed. In addition, the alignment machine was down for 6 hours and the service manager did not sugge status on my vehicle. In my opinion he was overwhelmed. Brought our 2019 Encore in for an oil change. I gave them the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden, wearing masks and staying away from each other doesn't help in recognizing people. However, I don't think any "blame" lays at their feet. The people that perform the actual service may have "dropped the ball", so to speak, by not having cars washed after performing service. More

A very inaccurate quote was given and I was subsequently overcharged. Other maintenance issues, that I asked the service advisor to address, were not even looked at. If I had more than the 3 hours that I'd already spent waiting, I would have spoken with management but will have to do that at a later date. I am considering filing with the BBB.
