There were grease spots left on my inter door and drivers door piller. Oil change was frist one which was free, hope this wasn't the cause. Ask one question that couldn't be answered. My appt. was 915 am. I was there 4 hrs and 45 for a tire rotation and oil change. Did not receive a car wash. They did not give me an estimate for a dent that I asked for. The Service Department is VERY hard to reach either by phone or email; however, on site the people are accommodating and helpful.
