I had my used vehicle serviced on 1/8. Oil change, tire rotation and the TPMS reset. The following day, my TPMS light came back on. Spoke with Brian and he set me up with an appointment on 1/13. During the inspection, it was determined that all of my sensors were failing. Brian provided me replacement cost and explained how the tire sensors worked. I appreciated the information and was not charged for my return visit. Quebedeaux, has been my preferred dealership since 2007. I would not consider buying or having a vehicle serviced from anyone else. More
We have had our car serviced at the dealer since we bought it and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Real slow not real concerned about customers time. Last oil change asked to have tires rotated bought it and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Real slow not real concerned about customers time. While I appreciate Brian trying to get the warranty to cover the issues, I was never called to be updated on the car’s progress which delayed the service. My car ended up being there for 3 days. I also didn’t appreciate the mechanics driving my car without wearing a mask which I witness on 2 occasions. More
Would not have my car serviced here except for the fact that i can walk to my office. 2 days to change a battery! Give me a break. I drove up and had Chet as my guy! He was kind , knowledgeable, and friendly! He gave outstanding customer service! He explained the Honda Pilots controls , he even te explained to my wife. The dealership did not call us when the parts we ordered came in. We got a notice that our points to pay we’re going to expire. That’s when we called to have them draw the points.
