Service was great, as usual, but I was disappointed with the adherence to mask protocol. Several workers in the service department weren't wearing masks. I've been coming to get my SUV serviced for over a year and always received stellar service. If an issue would come up, they immediately made it right. My vehicle was returned to me, dirty with stains on the inside of the cab and headliner, as I left my vehicle started smoking and when I pulled over to inspect realized they left oil on my valve cover and dripped on my exhaust manifold causing the smoking. Not good! Not sure what went wrong or if the vehicles are not quality inspected before leaving the shop. More
