Quebedeaux Buick GMC - Service Center

i've been coming to Quebedeaux for many years, I've bought 2 Enclaves from you. One of the reasons I bought the second Buick was the service was great but that has really decreased. Brian does the best to take care of me and my car but the waits have really increased. Right now I wouldn't recommend this service center. I sure hope you can increase your staff, I know you are facing challenges More

Service department is horrible. The customer service is non existent, as you walk no one attempts to help you. I made an appointment but my vehicle waits for an hour before being taken back.
