Service took twice as long as what I was told, and I didn't receive any updates even though I was waiting in the lobby. Car wasn't washed nor was it offered. That was the least they could have done after having my car for 3 hours. Service department has gone way down since I purchased my vehicle. Unsure if I will return. More

Have communicated twice with Q since a truck purchase on 1/28/2021, once for a car detail and once for an attempt to add GMC accessories. First the car detail which was owed to me after the truck I just bought was not clean when the purchase happened. Brought in at 10:30am for a 10:30 detail and did not leave until 1pm. Not ideal. Second the attempt to spend another $1,000 plus labor on a Tonneau cover. People in parts say it will take 2 business days to get the cover from Phoenix and I should call service to schedule something soon after. So I talk to service (Brian) who says ‘those timelines are never right so you’ll want to wait until it comes in, maybe 2-3 weeks, then call back.’ Pathetic effort on both accounts. Initially impressed with the efforts of this dealership during the buying process I see now that it was nothing but another sale for the dealership. Would never go back and wish the truck purchase would have happened elsewhere. More
