Really so even after the repair ,checked the tire they damaged the rim in two places. This vehicle is like new my wife babies her car. We stopped she got the service advisor he came out took a picture of rim said he could do nothing but he boss Manny parada would call us about it it is now 1/28/23 no call. The tire is low again take it to a tire dealer here in town he puts nitrogen in it but says hey did you just get this tire replaced. I said yes he says tire is no good ,I say why it's new . Lol this is almost funny but not. Your dealership put the new tir on backwards. It says inside on the outside well I say does that matter he said yes the tire running wrong damages the tire it can't be used that way. So here we total screwup my new tire Is trashed I already have serious doubt about any of your work and you say not a typical situation. The ball is now on you I want a new tire and some service I was promised when we bought the vehicle. She and I are very disappointed. Service was great when we started they serviced the car you got it back clean and shiny, not with dirt and grease in the interior it's bad when I have to detail the car after it leaves the dealer. What has happened to good customer service. Granville Graves ,oh still waiting on the first call. Do we need to get lawyer involved we spent lots of money at your place and a very unhappy here's my number in case you don't have it 520-265-7481

The advisor took pictures of rim probably not doing anything .but I have the picture and I see it shows the inside stamped on the out side of the mounted tire. I only have one vehicle had to borrow one. For a week during the repair.cant do that again I expect a new tire vehicle repaired and checked thoughly and a loaner car while you have ours this is three trips to Tucson and a tank of gas. Am I wrong expecting the repair to be done right. 349.00 cost me way more that that this is crazy. Regards Granville
