Well you asked so I guess I will tell you about it. I have been with you for over ten years and this is the worst time I have ever had. I had a Wednesday the 10th of Feb. appointment at 11:00. I was t have been with you for over ten years and this is the worst time I have ever had. I had a Wednesday the 10th of Feb. appointment at 11:00. I was there on time and a service man came out for my information, if he said his name I missed it. When I made the appointment it was for a noise in front I found out before brought the car in that it must be the AC because it was out. I told him that must be it. He told me that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the afternoon ( so I said to myself my did I make an appointment) I said OK. I said I would need a shuttle ride home and went to the waiting room. The car was brought in about an hour later. After waiting another hour with no shuttle ride yet, I went to find my service man. When I went there they asked who my service man was I said I didn't know. They looked it up and said it was Atle ( he was not the man that came out to the car at first). I went to see him he said they were still checking it out but he would call me as soon as they knew anything. I asked when my shuttle ride was going to be there I had already been waiting for two hours. I waited another hour for the shuttle and before I left I thought I would check with Atle to see if he knew anymore he said no but he would call when he did. I went home and waited for a call at 5:30 I called him. Oh I just got the report and told me what was the matter with the car. He said that the warranty company closed at five he would check with them FIRST thing in the morning and call me. At 10:00 I tries to call him "oh he is out testing a car but we will the tell him to call you as soon as he gets back". I called he at 11:00 " oh he just went across the street we will tell him to call you just as soon as he gets back". By now I was getting pretty hot. So at about 12:00 I called the service manager, I think his name was Adam, told him my story he went down to talk to Atle but he said he would stay on top of this. I talked to Atle and he said that my warranty had run out on Dec, 22, 2020 I said I knew it was getting close to the end. We talk about what I wanted to do he said it wouldn't be done until the next Tuesday because of part. I asked if I could get a loner car he would have to go and check luckily you had one it just came back. Paul would call me and come to get me when it was ready. Thank you for the lone that was almost the only bright spot in this whole thing. And that is why I'm not very happy with your service department. More
