The sales of the car was great. The salesman worked hard to get us a good price....... However the after sales person lied to us. I took my 2020 Buick Enclave in for service because the alarm will go off without provocation sometimes in the middle of the night and during the day. After a day and a half the alarm wasn't found to have alarm will go off without provocation sometimes in the middle of the night and during the day. After a day and a half the alarm wasn't found to have a problem and the technician wasn't able to create a situation where the alarm would automatically sound. After I had the vehicle at my home, in the driveway, the alarm went off again, with no one near the vehicle nor any loud noises around it. I called once again and was told by Adam that "something has to be setting it off." I inquired about replacing the computer module which controls the alarm and was told by Adam "No!" I am at a crossroad and don't know which way to turn. I live in fear that this alarm will go off once again in the middle of the night and disturb the neighbors sleep. It also had a rattle in the door which was successfully found and fixed. More
Worst experience ever for a simple oil change! I had a 1:00 appointment, and arrived 10 minutes early. I asked about my car at 1:30 and was told they were backed up but would get to it soon. At 2:30 I a 1:00 appointment, and arrived 10 minutes early. I asked about my car at 1:30 and was told they were backed up but would get to it soon. At 2:30 I asked about my car again, and the service advisor asked which car was mine. I told him the white GMC sitting under the awning, in the same place I parked it 1 hour and 40 minutes earlier. That did get their attention and they worked to get it in. 45 minutes later it was done and I was offered a $12 discount. The good news is that I now know where to not go for an oil change! They were supposed to rotate the tires but I am guessing that did not get done, and all four tire needed air which they did not do either. More
