I felt as if I was in the way of business with my presence at drop off and pick up, I wasn’t sure where to go, or the process of being helped. Few people were eager to share this info with me. Very little kindness, professionalism or concern for my vehicle was shown which is unfortunate because I know so little about cars and really do need help. In the end I picked up my car after inspection, paid, left without services rendered. I am now in search of a mechanic to help me fix my vehicle. More

My family and I have been using Quebedeaux Pontiac and now Buick for service as well as for vehicle purchase for many years. I recently bought a used 2015 mustang from you which had to be towed back to th now Buick for service as well as for vehicle purchase for many years. I recently bought a used 2015 mustang from you which had to be towed back to the dealer 2 days later because of a set of badly corroded battery cables which should have been caught in any vehicle inspection. Then after waiting for 8 days my car was returned with the negative battery cable replaced, I was not charged for the towing or repair which I am thankful for. However 9 days later I had to return the vehicle to have the badly corroded positive battery cable replaced, which I was thankfully only charged half price for. I know the pandemic has screwed up everything, but being disabled I'm half afraid to even drive the car for fear I'll not make it home. Please Quebedeaux do BETTER !! More
