2 times I have been given a loaner vehicle that was not clean and even mentioned it to the service member assisting me, and he seemed to be more focused on getting me out the door than providing me with qu clean and even mentioned it to the service member assisting me, and he seemed to be more focused on getting me out the door than providing me with quality. It was almost if he associated me with being accustomed to filth. There should have been better service especially since we are dealing with the COVID Pandemic. When addressed with the service department they felt comfortable with substandard service for me, but I watched others get a more quality service. Seems that lately whenever I bring my vehicle in for service that the quality is dropping off. Quebedeaux has always had a reputation for quality but it is certainly not what it use to be. I honestly feel that the senior management team should take a closer look at the service department team and its leadership. The conveyor belt service is so yesterday and customers today expect quality. Even though the service guy that assisted me had good intentions, his lack of concern for how the quality of service impacted me was very disappointing. Anyway, I returned the loaner vehicle in 10 times better shape and cleaner than when it was given to me. As a Police Officer and first responder in this community I certainly want to recommend the Quebedeax Service department, but after my last 3 visits I am a little concerned. Seems that a pattern of substandard quality is afoot and I would move to say that the senior management team might not even be aware of. I would sure hate to recommend the service center to a friend and have them experience what I did on the last 3 visits. Thank you for your concern. More
Went for oil change/check engine light. Couldn't do light would have to leave and come back to loner car. Said I had oil leak. Couldn't do or tell me what but I would have to make appointment and leave car n would have to leave and come back to loner car. Said I had oil leak. Check engine light came on so I took in for service. Dropped the truck off in the morning they finished it at 7 pm. Went to pick it up in the morning and was told it was a simple reset. They then elaborated that something tripped a sensor two weeks ago...hmm that's when I got an oil change from you guys. When the truck was returned there were drinks and food items from the service crew in the passenger seat and cup holders. Losing the vehicle for an entire day most likely due to something they did during the oil change and then having trash left in my vehicle is not good service. More
I had my car for a month when it broke down. It wouldn't start. I tight it was the battery took it in. How the battery still showed warranty on it. They wanted to be pay for the battery and for them to inst start. I tight it was the battery took it in. How the battery still showed warranty on it. They wanted to be pay for the battery and for them to install it. I found out it wasn't the battery it was the a button behind the breaks that starts the car. Only had this car a month and they could not help. Very disappointing. No where on the paperwork shows sold as is. As they were telling me. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting a car from there. More

I had to wait until the 20th to pick it up that's when we found the leak we took it back it was there for a week called they said it was fixed picked it up on the 27th and had to take it right back it is still leaking. Still waiting Patiently for a call as to when the truck will be available for us. They came through and got my truck fixed. Been driving the truck for a week now and not a drop of fluid has leaked from it. Very happy I waited for the service center to get it fixed. More
Brought our Buick Lacrosse in for a full transmission service, during our time of wintering in Tucson. Two weeks later, we left Tucson to travel back home to NM. After about 45 minutes of driving on the highway, the transmission started acting weird, so we turned around and drove back to the dealership and left the car there. Fortunately, we had another vehicle to get us back to NM. After returning a couple of weeks later to pick up the car, we were told by the service writer that the problem had been the service department's fault, as the transmission fluid had been "over-filled by 4 quarts" during the transmission service job. I asked how such a thing could happen, and was told that he didn't know, because a "machine" fills the fluids. I stated that someone must have to program the machine, but no further explanation was given. Fortunately, no serious damage was done to the transmission as a result of this major oversight. This is totally unacceptable, and shows a serious lack of quality control within your service department. This creates a lack of trust on our part for having future service done at this dealership. I came in for an oil change and a nail in my tire. I paid for the tire warranty when I purchased my vehicle. Because of a lack of communication between the sales department and the service department, I had to make 2 trips to get the service done. Then, the service department only did half of the work. Every time I scheduled something, my salesperson wasn't there and the services that were supposed to be coordinated were not. I had a better experience the first time that I purchased a vehicle here. I'm still learning how to use my car. More
