Arrived at 1:50 pm for 2:00 oil change appt. At 3:30 I asked why my truck had not been pulled into the building yet. They pulled it in about 3:35. At 5:30 pm I asked when the oil change would be done. The asked why my truck had not been pulled into the building yet. They pulled it in about 3:35. At 5:30 pm I asked when the oil change would be done. They said paperwork was lost, but it's done. I will not detail my verbiage as it was not good, since I had been there the whole time, in the waiting area, 10' from the service writers, separated by a glass partition. Went to leave and the truck had 6 locations of grease on it including bumper, hood, both fenders and the side step. This truck is new with 3500 miles and the performance from start to finish was totally unacceptable. More

I waited for three hours. Ok - I know stuff happens. It would be nice to be kept informed. Nothing! I would ask different people - nothing. I got on I-10 and my tire pressure lights came on. I’m constantly reminded by the staff at how busy they are. I’ve been flexible when I call for an oil change, even offering to leave the vehicle over night. I feel as though I’ve become an imposition. Not the best service..this is my 2nd service appointment and both haven’t been good. My appointment was at 430 I was there at 415 and nobody came out until after 450. The oil change was done but I doubt tir and both haven’t been good. My appointment was at 430 I was there at 415 and nobody came out until after 450. The oil change was done but I doubt tire tire rotation was completed and fluids were topped in how fast the oil change was done. Really bad for it being my 2nd service appointment. More
