I’m sorry if you can’t understand. I have one good experience it was from Paul the shuttle driver! He was outstanding. There was 4 people complaining there. So, if you aren’t aware of the problem with your service department maybe you should have a secret customer to follow up on your poorly run service department!

Further more Im not too happy about having to have future work done by your service department.. you can call me at anytime! I’d be happy to see how you can explain to me what you can promise me when I do have work done again. Because I’m scared of retaliation from Having to report poor customer service! I think as I said I think the whole service department needs customer care 101 training!
